Turning around, Brad's eyes widened in horror as he saw a massive truck hurtling towards them, its brakes screeching in protest. Panic seized him, and he turned back to the man in black, expecting to see fear mirrored in his eyes. But to his astonishment, the man remained seated, his smile never faltering.

The truck crashed into them with a deafening impact, and everything went black.

When Brad regained consciousness, he found himself lying on the ground, surrounded by a scene of chaos. To his disbelief, he was unharmed, not a scratch on him. Confusion and relief warred within him as he tried to make sense of what had just transpired.

As he sat up, he saw the man in black approaching him once more. "You are also alive," Brad stammered, unable to comprehend the strange turn of events.

The man in black responded cryptically, "That which is dead can never die again." Brad's mind reeled at the enigmatic words, his heart pounding with a mixture of fear and curiosity. His confusion only escalated when he saw the rescue efforts nearby.

Rushing towards the source of the disturbance, Brad's eyes widened in horror as he saw a figure trapped beneath the wreckage of the truck. As he drew closer, his heart froze in his chest Brad saw a figure trapped beneath the wreckage, clad in clothes identical to his own.

A chilling realization washed over him as he recognized his own features upon closer inspection. Shock and dread consumed him as he comprehended the truth – he was the one crushed under the truck.

A sickening realization dawned on Brad as he gazed at his own mangled body.

Shock and disbelief coursed through him as he struggled to come to terms with his own mortality.

The man in black walked up to him, his presence imposing yet strangely comforting. "Brad Kelly, you are no more among the living," he intoned, his words echoing in the stillness of the park. "I am the Grim Reaper, and I have come to guide you to your final judgment."

In that moment, Brad's world shattered as he came to terms with his own demise. The boundaries between life and death blurred around him, leading him towards an uncertain and fateful journey.
