Behind A Guise

Willie grabbed a cup of coffee from down the street to cool off after a long day. Some black and white pigeon strutted along the walkway, perking at crumbs. He reached into the back pocket of his jeans and brought out peanuts. Willie always loved feeding little animals and birds so he was excited as he poured a hand full of peanut on the ground. The birds came forward stealthily and then began to struggle amongst themselves for the peanuts poured in a flurry of flapping wings. A young guy got out of a coaster bus from the bus stop at the other side of the road and quickly crossed in a hurry into the walkway. His presence alone startled the pigeon and they took into the air. Willie frowned at the young man, slipping the peanuts back into his jeans pocket. As Willie jerked up to leave, a hand tapped on him. He turned to meet a man slightly his age.
