67: Chapter 67 Luffy VS Smoker, Meeting with DragonJust as Luffy and Smoker locked eyes, Buggy the Clown awoke from his unconsciousness.Still groggy, he looked up and saw Smoker.Buggy was initially startled, but then breathed a sigh of relief after seeing Luffy confronting him.Just as Buggy was about to sneak away with Alvida, "White Smoke!" Smoker's arms transformed into smoke, forming a spiraling column of smoke that hurtled towards Buggy and his crew.Buggy's henchmen raised their swords to strike, but it was all in vain.Buggy and his companions were trapped in the white smoke, their struggles futile."Now it's your turn, Straw Hat," Smoker said, staring at Luffy."I am a Logia-type Smoke-Smoke Fruit user.Your Paramecia-type can't defeat me."
"Gum-Gum Pistol!" Smoker shouted, his Jijūtsu lunging at Luffy.Just as it was about to pierce him, Luffy yawned, grabbing the tip of the Jijūtsu while Smoker was still completely dumbfounded."What?w(ﾟДﾟ)w!" Smoker was even more confused."Impossible!Aren't you a Devil Fruit user?Shouldn't you be afraid of Seastone?You look perfectly fine."
Seeing Smoker's utter bewilderment, Luffy said with a cheeky grin, "Want to know?You really want to know?Sigh, I have many little secrets, I have many secrets, but I won't tell you.I won't tell you, I won't tell you (￣y▽￣)╭ Ohohoho." As he spoke, Luffy actually started singing, making Smoker grit his teeth in anger."Damn it, don't look down on me!White Fist!" Smoker roared, abandoning his ten-handed technique and unleashing a smoke-filled attack on Luffy.Luffy calmly dodged, seizing the opportunity, "Gum-Gum.Bazooka!" Before Smoker could react, he felt a sharp pain and was sent flying backward.After a dizzying spin, he spectacularly passed out.Luffy went to Smoker's side; to be honest, he quite liked this."They're from the Navy, it's just a pity we're on different sides." Luffy, feigning confusion, looked at his father and asked, "Who are you?Why are you helping me?" Dragon, hearing this, felt a pang of sadness, but still removed his hat to reveal his true identity, saying, "My name is Monkey D.Dragon, Luffy.I am your father."
