A few groans could be heard as Leo slowly started waking up.
His eyes fluttered, trying to adjust to the light in the room.
He felt way weaker than before, and the veins in his hands were swollen under his skin and had a darker shade
He was strapped down with some very strong metal.
He struggled but it didn't even budge.
Soon he tried again, gritting his teeth, as the metal screeched before it gave out
He stood up, his body aching all over.
A few groans escaped his lips as he struggled to examine his surroundings.
He was in a sterile white room with a bright light over his head.
"What the hell is this?" he asked himself while clutching his stomach as he remembered what happened earlier
"I'll kill those bastards"
Just as the words left his mouth, he began hearing a machine-like sound that was getting closer.
A partition of the square wall opened up, and a weird looking robot stepped through.
It was humanoid and had a very sharp syringe with yellow fluids in it.
It seemed shocked because when it came through the door it didn't see Leo
It slowly turned its head, scanning the room but just as it finally turned its head to the right.
Leo's hand immediately stabbed through the robot's face, then it's head was soon ripped from its body
Leo looked down at the robot in pure rage then exited through the open door.
He dragged his feet down the white hall for a few minutes before he reached an air tight shut door
He stiffened his hand and stabbed it straight through the crack where the two doors met.
Forcing it wider, he shoved his other hand in, muscles straining as he pried the doors apart.
The metal groaned, but he managed to rip open just enough space to drag himself through.
"Dammit what did they do to me" he wondered as he struggled to catch his breath
After his chest finally relaxed for a bit, he then began walking again till he heard a loud scream.
"Thomas??" He asked himself
Leo made his way closer to the noise as the voice screamed continuously.
He arrived at one of the airtight doors again
He ripped his hands through the door and jumped through.
What Leo saw was Thomas strapped down in a white room.
Two of the humanoid robots were their over Thomas with the same syringe he saw earlier
The startled robots then turn around.
One charged, while the other went to pull a lever. Sounding an alarm.
The one that charged was easily smashed to pieces by leo.
The one that pulled the lever dropped the syringe
And a spinning blade came out of its hands.
The robot then jumps in the air and came down with the blade
Leo jumps back immediately,
But the robot followed up with a wide horizontal slash
Which grazed Leo's chest.
Immediately Leo grabbed the robot's head and rammed it's face in the wall.
The robots body twitched a few times
Leo then went over to Thomas ripping the strappers off him.
Thomas looked way worse than Leo, his skin was pale, with black veins running all over his right side, his right eye were almost yellow.
"Dude, I'm so glad you're here" says Thomas before rolling over to throw up
Leo slowly helped him up, and used himself as a brace as Thomas struggled to walk.
"Where the hell is Autumn?" Leo asked while carrying Leo down the hall
"D‐don't know" Thomas responded before coughing up some blood
"What did they do to you?" Asked Leo
"They Injected me with some fluids"
The Lights flickered red continuously because of the alarm.
"We need to get out of here ASAP.... I'm feeling worse and worse by the second" Leo said as he carried Thomas
"It's the vents, there's something flowing out of it in the air" Thomas said
Leo looked up and noticed that there were some type of yellow gas flowing out.
Just then, ahead, four robots were heading their way full speed.
But these were different, they had wheels and were much bigger in size
Leo then took a right turn immediately
He lifted Thomas on his back and started running.
Just ahead a heavy door started closing.
"Crap"
Leo throws Thomas through the door knowing he won't make it
He watched as the door slammed shut while Thomas struggled to get up.
Leo then turns around slowly, watching the Robot slowing down just a few feet ahead
Leo clearly weaker than earlier, eyes darker, veins more dark and visible, braced on the door.
After panting for a bit he stood up properly wiping away what seems to be foam at his mouth
"COME ON!!!" He shouted as they all charged at each other
Thomas P.O.V
After watching the door slam shut behind him.
He staggered to his feet walking slowly using the walls for support.
"Stay strong Leo" he thought while gritting his teeth
He limped till he reached an area with a lot of destroyed robots
Robots with blades of their own, stuck in their face or they just have a missing limb or something
Soon he saw a trail of blood. He slowly followed it.
It lead him to a door on his right.
When he went inside, he saw a map of the place on a screen and a camera monitor.
There were about two destroyed robots and in the corner, there lies Autumn, clutching her ribs.
"Took..you..long enough" she said softly
There was a first aid kit around her, and a short sturdy knife in her hands which seems to be one of the robots
"Wheres Leo?" She asked
"Autumn.." Thomas said as he got closer
Autumn was pale and both her eyes were yellow, with dark circles around them.
Her lips were black and the veins were all over her face
"I.. know.. the way..out" she stuttered
She motioned to the screen with the map.
Thomas looked at it and realized the exit was just outside and around the corner.
There was a problem tho, Thomas could barely walk, how would he get Autumn there too?
Thomas looked around. It seems breathing started to feel harder now
He saw a small table with wheels and cracked glass with vials inside.
He removes the glass then wrestled to get Autumn on the table.
After getting her on, he pushed it, slowly as he started feeling like he could faint at any moment
After reaching the destination, there was a huge door in front of them
Thomas walked over to the door but it needed some code or handprint to open it
"Oh...We are... so fucked" he says softly as he started shaking, barely able to stand
Thomas leaned on the wall for support while holding his head
"I think I'm gonna-"
"Take this" Autumn said cutting off Thomas
Autumn took one of the robot's hand from out her shirt and handed Thomas
"Thought it would come in handy"
Thomas placed the hand on the handprint.
The door scanned slowly before powering off
...
Soon the door opened.
Fresh air enveloped Autumn and Thomas.
Outside was green and filled with fresh grass.
Two deers hopped by gracefully
Thomas limped outside with her.
He fell to his knees taking in as much air as possibly
They came out of a hill, the door stayed opened still.
And at the top of the hill was Alwich's Mansion
After awhile the veins on Thomas's body started shrinking, and he started to feel much better.
He inhaled and inhaled as he felt his powers began to return
Autumn got up of the table and slowly fell to her knees.
A smile formed on her face as she rolled on her back
Her eyes closed while taking in the sunny weather
After regaining their strength, both Thomas and Autumn stood up.
But their happy faces and smiles got more serious...
Standing in front of them was Alwich and the humanoid bulky monster that they crossed earlier at the mansion
Alwich was clearly pissed off, his teeth clenched as he growled under his breath.
"NO!" He shouted
"NO NO NO NO NO NOO!!"
"I was so close, to having one more of you"
"One more??" Thomas asked
"Oh right" Just then Alwich pulled out a vial with a yellow liquid
He dropped it on the floor.
After the vial broke, the yellow liquid formed up slowly and slimy, into the form of an asian kid around their age.
He had the same cracks on his face, yellow eyes. Similar to the humanoid monster.
The kid stared nonchalantly at them with cold eyes.
Just then the notification board appeared again.
It flickered from three to four, to four of four, then flickered back to three of three before disappearing.
Thomas and Autumn looked at each other with a knowing look.
"Now now, where were we?" Asked Alwich who seemed to not have seen what happened
The atmosphere suddenly got tensed as Thomas and Autumn prepared for a fight.
Thomas clenched his teeth in frustration while Alwich smirked.
The breeze whirred softly across his face as he tried to analyze a way out
...
But before anything could start, they heard a loud thud on one side of the hill, another thud was heard again
Every one turned around to look, what they saw were the hillside bulged outwards
Just then another thud was heard, and the hillside gave out.
To everyone's surprise, Leo smashed through the wall, clearly engulfed in rage.
His chest heaved as every breath was took.
Blood was all over him, a nasty scar was across his face, cuts were all over his body, his pupils were barely visible.
With every deep breath he took, the veins in his body disappeared.
After taking in a few more breaths, he turned slowly to look at them.
"Ooh you guys are so dead" he said calmly voice dripping with pure hate
