Currently, his Mechanical Limit Breaker was at Level C, with a Proficiency of 998 / 1000. The effect allowed him, as a chosen one selected by the heavens, to possess unimaginable magic with his hands, capable of ignoring technical barriers and easily creating various small mechanical constructs.
Only two points of proficiency remained! However, the further the proficiency increased, the harder it became; sufficient innovation was required to improve it. Simply relying on quantity accumulation no longer had any effect. Fortunately, Peter still had a pile of Green Goblin equipment to modify.
Breakthrough and Evolution
Peter had Harry bring over his Green Goblin Glider, as well as his usual Pumpkin Bombs and Green Goblin Darts.
