"Jackson," Emma said, her voice gentle but firm, "I understand your worries, truly. But I feel that I'm ready to leave this place. I can't just keep lying here doing nothing. I need to continue my work, and I think I can recover better at home."
Jackson frowned, clearly disagreeing.
"Emma, I'm not saying you shouldn't continue your work, but you need to recover completely first. Leaving the hospital too early could make your condition worse."
Emma sighed softly. She knew it would not be easy to persuade Jackson. But she also knew she could not give up.
"Jackson, I've thought about this very carefully. I'll have my private doctor take care of me at home, and I'll follow all the instructions. I just need a familiar environment so I can recover better."
Jackson was silent for a moment. His gaze softened, but his worry was still clear.
"Emma, I only want what's best for you. I don't want to see you suffer any more harm."
