I closed the door behind me and followed her almost trembling figure inside. She glanced around the room as though to confirm we were the only ones inside.
She abruptly turned around after we got near the seats and jumped into my arms much to my surprise. I caught her and automatically lifted her up, since Seraph used to do this a lot and I had grown accustomed to it.
She wrapped her legs around my waist to my surprise and refused to let go. She placed most of her weight in my arms and leaned her head against my chest.
I sighed heavily.
"This is a bee nest you mustn't poke Jen. Just go back to your room."
I said to her while trying to untangle her but she wouldn't budge no matter how much I tried which wasn't much. She met my eyes, her always shy gaze having turned fierce with what looked like suicidal determination.
"I want you to lie with me young master like how you do with the young mistress."
