Chapter 50 - Chapter 50 : Who eats whom completely?

What exactly did he do to achieve such a result? It was quite simple, really. It was nothing more than the combined force of his mental force, spirit power, and his own vital Qi and blood.

As early as the time he obtained his first spirit ring, he had already learned how to guide his vital Qi and blood through the activation of Ring Explosion energy. Through that process, he naturally gained control over those internal forces.

However, back then, his mind was focused on researching the core essence of the spirit ring itself. He did not spend much time exploring the practical applications of his vital Qi and blood.

In fact, due to the heavy pressure coming from Ancestor Tang, at least half of his energy during that period was dedicated to finding ways to make Electrolux and his own grandfather stronger. He put his own personal advancement on the back burner for their sake.

It was not until recently, during his research into the unique energy body structure of the Snow Empress and his study of the Body Cultivator materials given to him by his elder, that he redirected his full attention to the power of vital Qi and blood. At that very moment, he discovered the unique properties hidden within this physical energy.

First of all, vital Qi and blood is the inherent power of the body. It is capable of strengthening the physical form and allowing a person to unleash much greater power than normal. However, vital Qi and blood has a significant drawback.

It is very difficult for this energy to interfere with the outside world. To put it another way, in a normal natural environment, vital Qi and blood dissipates very quickly. It is as if the energy is unable to adapt once it leaves the protected environment of the body. It simply cannot be sustained for very long on its own.

He had initially tried to construct his own body entirely with vital Qi and blood. His goal was to create a unique energy body similar to the one the Snow Empress possessed. He wanted to achieve the legendary state of Rebirth from a Drop of Blood and elevate the strength of a Body Cultivator by several levels.

However, while he has not yet achieved the stage of Rebirth from a Drop of Blood, he unexpectedly discovered something else. He found that after spirit power and vital Qi and blood undergo a fusion, the vital Qi and blood gains the ability to interfere with the world outside the body.

If mental force is added to this mixture, the vital Qi and blood can be controlled as easily as moving one's own arm. It can be molded into any shape or form he desires. Furthermore, in this state, under the enhancement of mental force, the energy can also release a special kind of vital Qi and blood pressure.

This is very similar to Mu En's Dominion Over the World, which is a blend of physical and mental attacks. This pressure targets both the body and the spirit of a Spirit Master. Those with weak wills or weak bodies will find that their primal fear of living beings is instantly triggered.

For opponents who are at the same level as him, this move might only serve as a helpful auxiliary skill. However, when dealing with beings who are weaker than himself, this move is incredibly effective.

As for the massive vital Qi and blood phantom that appeared behind him just now, it was a Dharma Idol. He had constructed it by attempting to mimic a Spirit Avatar and the energy body structure of the Snow Empress. For now, this form is mostly just for show. But even so, it is very, very handsome to look at.

In front of Kong Mingan, the referees went to work. They individually confirmed the status of the Skywing Team members. After checking, they ensured that the students were all unconscious but not in any life-threatening danger. This discovery made the officials breathe a deep sigh of relief. The head referee looked up at Kong Mingan with a very solemn expression. He then turned to the crowd and loudly announced the results.

"The Sun Moon Royal Soul Engineer Academy representative team wins this match!"

Kong Mingan showed a kind smile to the audience. He nodded slightly to the officials and turned to leave the stage. By fighting with nothing but pure vital Qi and blood and physical strength, he was sending a message.

Setting aside whether his style resembles a Body Spirit, the application of vital Qi and blood alone was something special. He didn't believe for a second that the Body Sect wouldn't pay close attention to such a display. He had already cast the bait into the water. Now, it was just a matter of waiting for the Body Sect to take it.

As he walked away from the competition stage, a delayed wave of cheers erupted behind him. He raised his head, feeling like he was in a very good mood. He looked toward the audience and perfectly met a pair of eyes. Those eyes were filled with surprise and very complex emotions. It was Zhang Lexuan.

Their eyes met for a moment, and the smile on Kong Mingan's face grew a bit deeper. He gave her a small nod of acknowledgment. After giving a few brief instructions to the other Sun Moon Battle Team members, Kong Mingan didn't linger. He turned and left through the contestant's passage.

However, just as he turned a corner in a quiet corridor, his footsteps slowed down. He stopped and turned around. A cool and elegant figure was leaning against the wall. It seemed like she had been waiting there for a long time. Seeing Kong Mingan, she straightened up. Her posture was tall and graceful. Her unique, gentle temperament was hard to hide even in the shadows. Her eyes looked at him with a hint of confusion and complexity.

"Sister Lexuan," Kong Mingan said, using the familiar name. He let his gaze sweep to the left and right, his eyebrows rising slightly. "Sister Lexuan, I remember suggesting that you should bring a few more people with you, right?"

"This is my personal matter, Kong Mingan. It is unrelated to anyone else," Zhang Lexuan replied. Her eyes were calm, and her tone was firm.

"A personal matter?" Kong Mingan gently shook his head. His voice sounded a bit helpless. "Sister Lexuan, this might be a personal matter to you, but in the eyes of everyone else, you represent Shrek. Meanwhile, I represent the Sun Moon Empire.

Any contact between the two of us will not be seen as just a personal matter. Personally, I don't care. No one in the Sun Moon Empire dares to gossip about me. But what about you? If my information is correct, there have been quite a few negative rumors about you within Shrek lately, haven't there?"

Zhang Lexuan bit her lip slightly, but she did not try to argue. After all, she knew that everything Kong Mingan said was true. After a period of time where she disregarded the warnings of the elders and arrested many scoundrels, her reputation in Shrek had started to drop. Many unpleasant rumors had appeared.

People were saying she was bullying students and abusing her power. They claimed she was using her status to get rid of anyone who disagreed with her. She knew this was because the elders were unhappy with her. They were the ones paying tabloids to spread lies. However, she didn't care about the gossip. It wasn't the first time.

She looked at him and spoke with a firm tone. "My conscience is clear."

Kong Mingan sighed. He had to admit that his sister was quite naive in some ways. Perhaps it was because she was still only seventeen or eighteen years old. He nodded and stopped speaking for a moment. His gaze passed over her shoulder and looked into the shadows further down the hall.

"You two in the back, are you planning to listen until the very end?" he asked, raising his voice.

Zhang Lexuan was surprised. She looked back and saw two figures slowly coming out of the shadows. They looked a bit awkward. It was Han Ruoruo and Wu Ming.

"Lexuan, we are sorry," Han Ruoruo said with a look of worry on her face.

Wu Ming stepped forward. Her fiery red hair seemed to glow because of her strong emotions. She grabbed Zhang Lexuan's arm and spoke directly. "Sister Lexuan, we came here to be with you. If anything happens, we will face it together!"

Zhang Lexuan felt a wave of complex emotions. She didn't want her friends to get involved in things related to the Sun Moon Empire. If she was not careful, it could be dangerous for them. She tried to tell them to leave, but she saw the look on their faces. They were not going anywhere. She sighed softly and nodded. "Thank you."

Kong Mingan watched them, feeling even more helpless. "I still suggest you find more people. You should probably call your Team Leader Teacher. If you don't, I am afraid you won't be able to explain yourselves later."

"What is the matter? Are you afraid that us sisters will eat you up?" Wu Ming laughed and raised an eyebrow at him. She looked very arrogant, as if she feared nothing in the world.

Kong Mingan shook his head. "In that case, follow me." He turned and pushed open the door to a nearby conference room. It was usually used for analyzing tactics. He thought to himself that it was still uncertain who would be doing the devouring today.
