Chapter 346: Tengai Shinsei

"Earth Style: Mud Wall!"

"Wind Style: Gossamer Net!"

"Fire Style: Great Fireball!"

Aside from the units pursuing the Tsuchikage Mu, the other ninjas followed Gaara's lead and charged. Inspired by Gaara's speech, they mustered their courage to strike at this legendary shinobi. A massive barrage of ninjutsu thundered toward Uchiha Madara.

Fire Style: Majestic Destroyer Flame.

With a single jutsu, Madara intercepted all incoming attacks—and this was while his primary focus remained on the trio of Tonbo Tobitake, Gaara, and Onoki.

"Pesky insects. I'll settle you all first."

Madara's Sharingan suddenly shifted into eyes with concentric ripples—the Rinnegan. His hands wove signs with blinding speed, and a terrifying surge of chakra erupted.

"Everyone, watch out!"

Onoki, who was looking for an opening, saw those eyes and realized something was wrong. He was right. Within moments, the sky turned a leaden gray. A colossal meteor began to descend from the heavens, carrying with it an absolute sense of oppression.

Tonbo looked at the sheer volume of the meteorite. If it hit the Alliance, the casualties would be catastrophic. Recalling the scenes from the original story, he knew there was likely a second one right behind the first. Unlike the animation, the real experience was a literal celestial disaster. The pressure was suffocating.

"Dammit... Kazekage, it looks like things won't go well for us today," Onoki muttered, his fear magnifying rapidly. This single jutsu could potentially wipe the Shinobi Alliance out of existence.

Gaara stared at the massive meteor, his face grim. "Is this the power of Uchiha Madara?" The legends, it seemed, were an understatement.

"Leave this meteor to me. You two go and seal Uchiha Madara. Don't let this old relic look down on us," Tonbo said, stepping to the front of the army.

He extended his neural threads, connecting to every member of the Alliance. Since your chakra isn't doing much anyway, you might as well let me use it to show off.

"Everyone, do not resist!"

His voice echoed in the ears of every Allied ninja. Hearing him, hope flickered back to life in their hearts. They had been on the verge of losing the will to fight after seeing such a disaster, but Tonbo's words pulled them back up. After all, his "Forbidden Jutsus" had been officially validated by HQ.

"Don't push yourself. If that thing actually hits, the losses will be staggering," Onoki advised, hearing Tonbo's confidence. The only solution the old Tsuchikage could think of was using his Ultra-Light-and-Heavy Rock Jutsu and risking his life to hold it up.

Gaara looked at Tonbo's eyes. "Old man, he's a sensor ninja. He must be certain. We go seal Madara."

Onoki paused and took a deep look at Tonbo. Indeed, the man didn't look like he was overreaching; he looked like he had the situation entirely under control.

"Fine. We're going, then. Don't drop the ball, kid!"

Onoki flew toward Madara, with Gaara following closely behind.

"Oh? Is it some sort of combined ninjutsu? Before the power of the Rinnegan, it is nothing more than chickens and dogs," Madara remarked.

Seeing Tonbo attempting to use a combined jutsu to counter the Tengai Shinsei, his eyes filled with disdain. He admitted Tonbo's Genjutsu was decent, but compared to him, the man was still miles away. To see the Alliance treat a mere "test of his jutsu" as a life-or-death crisis proved they were far inferior to Hashirama.

He noted Gaara and Onoki's movements as well. Are they trying to attack me directly to stop the jutsu? How naive. The ninjas of the later generations have truly regressed.

Before he could finish that thought, he froze. The "chickens and dogs" he looked down upon were being linked together by Tonbo. A massive amount of chakra gathered above the Alliance, condensing into a bow and arrow made of pure energy.

"How is this possible? This chakra density... it has reached the level of a Tailed Beast Bomb!"

Madara was well-traveled and experienced. In his eyes, the arrow hovering above the Alliance possessed the density of a Tailed Beast Bomb, yet its structure was entirely different from the pure destructive chaos of the fox's sphere. Just looking at it, he could feel a sharpness capable of piercing through anything.

Genjutsu Coordination · Allied Combat Ninjutsu: The Hunter Drawing His Bow.

Countless mathematical formulas and research data on chakra shape transformation flashed through Tonbo's mind. He had created this jutsu on the spot. If Madara wanted to experiment with jutsu, Tonbo would do the same. Against an opponent like Madara, it was a rare opportunity.

He could have used his own massive chakra reserves or Sage Mode to break the meteor, but whether it was for the sake of experimentation or hiding his true depth, he chose this path. It was the perfect time to test the accumulation of his years of study.

In less than two seconds, his life's knowledge coalesced into a single plan. This was wisdom—the ability to develop a high-level ninjutsu at a moment's notice. By connecting to the ninjas via nerves, coordinating chakra distribution through Genjutsu, and using shape transformation as the foundation, he created something even more refined than a Tailed Beast Bomb.

Whoosh—!

The construction was complete. His body moved in sync, weaving signs rapidly. The massive chakra bow rose above the army, aimed at the descending meteor, and fired at a speed invisible to the naked eye.

The chakra arrow soared. As it flew, its internal distribution was constantly shifting. It was a visual representation of a "Chakra Load Distribution Map." Force concentrated over specific units of length or area. If the intensity was uniform, it was a "uniform load"; if not, it was "non-uniform." The line-load units were N/m, the surface-load units N/m², and so on...

In the blink of an eye, the chakra's shape incorporated immense mathematical logic. It took the scattered, weak chakra of the Alliance ninjas, focused it through a specific method, and erupted with staggering power through shape transformation. It was like a machine built of countless gears; a gentle turn of one gear, transmitted through the sequence, resulted in a massive burst at the final point of impact.

"Incredible!"

"What kind of jutsu is this?"

Through the Byakugan of the Hyuga ninjas, the arrow appeared to undergo complex evolutionary changes in its structure during its flight. The chakra strength grew more potent until it stabilized at a singular point. It seemed these evolutions were maintained within a certain dimension to prevent the exponentially rising power from shattering the jutsu's own structure.

The onlookers didn't understand the "how." They just knew it was incredibly cool. Furthermore, there was no nature transformation involved—this was pure, peak shape transformation.

BOOM!

The arrow collided with the meteor. The internal process was complex, but in reality, the destruction happened in a single instant.
