CRACK—!
Lightning slammed into her without warning, a white-hot explosion that swallowed sound and thought alike. Pain tore through her body as if her nerves had been ripped bare.
Her body slammed against the stone floor with a sickening CRACK, the air knocked out of her lungs as pain flared from every joint. Lightning still hissed through her veins, making even the ground beneath her feel like it burned.
She slowly opened her eyes and sat down
"Where was am I ?"
She heard someone call her name as she turned her head only to see a little girl running to her.
"Hey are you okay?"
She heard the girl call out her name . Her vision blurred slightly who was that ?
Her body zigged from the lightening as she tried to stand up but swayed and fell instinctively she tried to grab the girls hand before she passed out .
Where am I ?
*******
She sat in the train, but it had stopped a few stations away from where she usually got off.
She stepped out onto the wet subway platform and made her way up, the stairwell echoing with the occasional drip of water from the ceiling.
Outside, rain poured in relentless sheets, soaking the streets and turning every puddle into a mirror reflecting the neon signs above. She knew she'd be drenched before she reached home.
Sighing, she brushed water from her face and hurried off, pulling her coat tighter around her.
The streets were empty, deserted except for the occasional passing car whose headlights sliced through the rain like knives. Above her, skyscrapers loomed, gleaming towers of glass and steel, their tops disappearing into the mist and clouds. Their windows flickered with light, casting colorful patterns onto the slick asphalt below.
A sleek, black vehicle sped past, its tires hissing on the wet road, leaving a shimmering trail in its wake. She kept to the sidewalk, pulling her bag closer, when a small shop caught her eye — its neon sign buzzing faintly, promising warmth and something to eat. She decided to duck in for a moment, hoping to shake off the chill.
The bell above the door jingled as she entered.
The shop was small but cozy, warm air heavy with the smell of baked bread and coffee. She moved toward the counter, intending to grab something quick to eat, when movement outside caught her attention through the fogged-up window.
A little girl, no older than seven or eight, was trying to cross the street. The rain plastered her hair to her face, and she moved hesitantly, staring at the slick asphalt. For a moment, everything froze — then a speeding car appeared, tires screeching as the driver tried to stop.
Without thinking, she rushed out, abandoning her bag on the counter. Wet shoes slapped against the pavement as she reached the little girl pushed her away as she landed on the floor as the headlight shone really bright
There was a sudden, sickening THUD as the truck struck her.
The impact rattled through the air like a battering ram, the sound of metal scraping against flesh echoing painfully in the quiet street.

Her eyes snapped open, the remnants of sleep clinging to her mind. The world spun for a heartbeat, my heart hammering I'm dead was I in heaven?
The door suddenly opened as a girl walked in her golden hair swish behind her . She looked really beautiful.she held a tray with a bowl
"I was really scared I guess I should stop worrying" she gently dropped the tray on the table. I looked I to the bowl almost threw up that's is blood?
"Are you ..."
" Where am I ?"
The little girl suddenly dragged her cheek . Turning her face left and right as her face etched with shock as she stepped back
"You lost your memory? Maya don't you remember me ...us I'm ? Your father and your dreams ?"
Tears streamed down her cheeks as she stepped back .
I watched her stepped back as she smiled. For some reason my heart ached for her .
She pulled me up the bed as I yelled as she pulled me Infront of the mirror I had no reflection how was that possible was I dead .
" H..how...
" A vampire doesn't have a reflection neither a shadow . Surviving on human blood most lowlife do but rarely most of them can stay without blood and can walk under the sun" I turned to look at her wasn't that fantasy nonsense so I was in another world? In a vampires body?
" But it's also rare for a vampire to use magic you wanted it so much you studied every day but it ended with failure each time just like how you were struck by lightening you wanted your family to recognize you but couldn't"
she hugged me
" I know you want to be better but I'm happy you lost your memory"
the softness of her voice brought emotions Into my heart I've never felt before . The warmth of her body seeping into my cold one .
Even in her other world she had longed for her a family too she was an orphan and lived a lonely life and she had died lonely she felt hurt that she had to suffer and fight for something she could never have. Tears streamed down her cheeks as the air dropped feeling suddenly chilly as a sharp pain shot through her head as ruki stepped back rubbing her arm .
reached out, almost without thinking, and my fingers brushed the surface of the mirror.
At first, it was subtle — a thin layer of frost crawling along the edges, like delicate crystal veins. But then it spread faster, unnaturally fast, chasing my touch. My heart leapt into my throat.
"What's happening ?!"
I whispered confusedly, pulling back, but it was too late. The frost didn't stop at the mirror. It slid across the walls like liquid silver, devouring the wooden panels, the floor, even the chandelier above.
The air grew cold instantly, sharp and biting. My breath fogged in front of me, freezing midair, and every heartbeat made a shivering echo through the room.
I stumbled back, my hands shaking, as the ice continued to crawl, climbing the curtains, curling over the furniture, swallowing everything in a silent, crystalline wave.
It wasn't just the room anymore. The ice moved beyond the walls, seeping through cracks, freezing the hallways, the staircases, the entire mansion. The warmth I had known here — the comfort, the smell of polished wood, the faint scent of candles — all vanished under a blindingly bright, silver-white chill.
We both looked out the window in shock The mansion wasn't just cold anymore. It was dead, frozen solid, as if it had been trapped in the heart of winter for centuries.
And worse… it didn't stop. The ice kept moving the huge ocean , flower and trees were frozen solid as it stopped I turned to her both our eyes filled with shock and confusion.
