Chapter 10 - Chapter 10-For Money

Xia Ping sat cross-legged on his bed, circulating the Pure Yang Inextinguishable Incantation to refine the fire bear meat he had just eaten. A scorching heat surged from his stomach, spreading through his meridians and strengthening his True Qi.

This cultivation technique was astonishing. After completing just one circulation, Xia Ping opened his eyes, a sharp glint flashing through them. He could clearly sense his True Qi had increased.

Ordinary cultivation methods required an entire day of effort, and even then most of the energy would be lost. But this technique instantly refined all the energy from the fire bear meat, turning it completely into his own.

His stomach felt like a blazing furnace, burning away impurities and leaving behind only the purest essence.

"This really is a top-tier cultivation method," Xia Ping marveled inwardly.

Unfortunately, the amount of fire bear meat he had eaten was too little. If he had more, he wouldn't even need half a month to break through to the Martial Apprentice Fifth Heavenly Layer.

If he could eat high-quality monster meat like this every day without limit, his cultivation speed would skyrocket. Even getting into a first-class university wouldn't be difficult.

However, monster meat was far too expensive — six hundred federation coins per jin. That was an amount his family simply couldn't afford.

At school, many second-generation rich students advanced rapidly precisely because they could constantly consume monster meat and expensive supplements. Ordinary students could only rely on slow cultivation, gradually falling further behind.

Xia Ping thought about the Hate Points System within him. Perhaps if he accumulated enough hate points, he could exchange them for high-grade pills.

At Flying Dragon Platform, he had already gained 220 hate points.

Even so, hate points were limited. Without money, he still wouldn't be able to buy monster meat or medicinal pills in large quantities to boost his cultivation.

"Looks like I still need money," Xia Ping muttered.

He seriously considered his options. With no qualifications or experience, starting a business was unrealistic. Hunting monsters was even more impossible given his current strength.

The only jobs he could find were deliveries or restaurant work — jobs that paid too little and consumed too much time.

Suddenly, an idea flashed through his mind.

"Right… writing novels."

Xia Ping remembered how profitable the novel industry was. Even on Yan Huang Star, where technology was far more advanced than Earth, novels still had an enormous market.

Top-tier authors could earn billions of federation coins per year, rivaling even peak martial artists in wealth.

With a mature industry and strict copyright protection, novels provided stable and long-term income.

The question was — what kind of novel should he write?

Romance? Mystery? Science fiction? None of them guaranteed success, especially for a newcomer.

After thinking for a moment, a bold idea emerged.

Adult novels.

No matter the world, no matter the era, adult content always had a massive audience.

As long as it was written well, sales were almost guaranteed.

Xia Ping quickly made his decision. If his goal was to make money as fast as possible, then writing adult fiction was the most efficient path.

He recalled many famous works from his past life on Earth, novels that had once shaken the internet and broken countless sales records.

After careful thought, he chose one in particular.

A teacher-student themed adult novel — "Professor Bai Rong."

The plot was intense, the characters vivid, and the emotional tension explosive. It was the perfect work to attract attention in this new world.

"This is it," Xia Ping said softly, his eyes burning with resolve.

For the sake of cultivation… for money… he would step onto the path of becoming an adult novel author.
