Pekorine named Louis' new Spirits.
"Then the Umbra Serpent is the Celestial Serpent!"
"The Ashen Phoenix is the Heaven Phoenix!"
"And the Abyssal Warden became the Salt Warden!"
The three Spirits—weakened and small as cats—glowed when named. For a moment, Pekorine's spiritual aura infused them, granting a slight boost of power.
"Hm? This is…?" Louis was intrigued.
"I have the power of Naming," Pekorine explained. "Those I name receive power. For Spirits, the boost is amplified. You're welcome, Prince Louis."
"Interesting," Louis nodded. He called the spirits back; they returned to Gungnir. "I'll see what they can do later… but suddenly having three new spirits is great."
And even more—a new Spiral, a new Ability, and an Incarnation! Louis had grown far stronger from fighting that Commander. He wasn't done with him either; he had already raised him as an Undead, and the result was a rather intelligent one.
