Players get a whole new identity. Life . Even powers . Only those that were chosen by gods or blessed with powers from descendent families could become players.
The generation of players started from generation 0 . Still one of the strongest generational players today . They are said to have been as strong as gods . Those born without powers or wealth are labeled. "NPCs" even though they weren't artificially intelligent they still use us as robots or useless things, nothing more .
Today is my 17th birthday. They said you can awaken even the weakest powers at the age 17 . If I'm somehow lucky enough I can awaken and enter player academia . I only have one chance if I don't unlock any powers today then my life will be destined as a Npc.

Chace - anyways since I have slim chances of becoming a player maybe the gods blessed me with you . Could I try to trick the system and enter the academy as a tamer . Nah wouldn't I have to show my pact symbol .

( I'm gonna add some fighting and the evolution trait monsters have in dungeons , for safety measures I'll add lots of hums traits to keep you from going crazy.)
