Peeking from the window of his one room gloomy apartment. A desk with a computer, a book shelf that has thousands of scientific research books and a small area in the corner of his room for cooking. Some gym tools that looked liked they were used to the point that all money invested in them has been recouped.
ARTHUR MURRY
AGE: 20
A young man with a bright complexion and dark brown eyes with long silver hair and a perfectly build tall body with all his muscles in shape. He is lost in his thoughts-
' It's a peaceful day, the weather is clear and the sun is shinning to it's limit. Still it's not so hot. There is no cloud in the sky, may be I don't need to keep the umbrella today, it's not going to rain, I guess. Haaaah'.
Sighing with exhaustion he looked at the picture kept on the desk, of a young boy with his parents.
With a very sad look in his eyes, he teared up "Mom and Dad, I am doing good, I am eating properly and also I am diligent at my part time job. I am a little stable right now, and the landlord is a kind man, ven if I delay the payments sometimes, he doesn't threaten me with evacuation, the money I am earning from my work is not much, but I am thankful. Also as promised I am going to complete my studies...."
Tears started gushing from his eyes, as he sobbed in pain "It's just I miss you both a lot."
After a long pause he collected his thoughts, 'Alright ! Today is an important day at the academy . The officials for trainee selection will come today, it's not easy, every year among the 300 students at academy only 3o are selected to become a trainee of frontline platoon, no matter what !'
Brimiing with confidence he clenched his fist high in the hair "I Will make sure to be selected."
The era in which this young boy lives is of turmoil. The Invaders, from Void, are creatures of unimaginable force. So far humanity has not been able to have a rational conversation with the invaders. Instead these invaders are more like brainless creatures that only know of one thing and that is destruction.
Year 2027 A.D., 21 years ago, They first appeared when a huge passage of the size of city like Los Angeles appeared in the Antarctica. At first scientists and researchers from all over the world were gathered by that decades biggest super power known as United States of America.
The team of researchers and scientists along with huge military power was sent to identify the cause of what has happened, that why such a huge passage has appeared in Antarctica and what is the beyond it, what dangers or opportunities will it bring for the humanity.
Speculation were made on Television news channels, all the eyes were set on Antarctica, even some private content creators believed that it was a perfect opportunity for them to make a name, in a blink of an eye that region turned in to a hot tourist spot.
But what awaited all of them was absolute destruction.
Two of the researchers were bold enough to volunteer to enter that passage. After countless research and with a logical understanding along with the most elite team of the joint military, the researchers entered the passage.
At first, they returned unharmed and told the world that beyond that foggy black appearance of the passage, there is nothing, it's just absolute pitch black, and this the passage was named as Void.
After countless more attempts, nothing about the Void was still known. And on an unfortunate day it happened .
A huge swarm of otherworldly monsters started crawling out of the Void. They were strong, some of them were simple upgrades of the creatures of our own earth, one of the most shocking was the Gigantic Ant of the size of Burj khalifa.
The joint military force tried its best to repel them, but all the night of human society was worthless in front of these creatures. It was utter defeat.
The area that was a booming tourist spot, turned into a river of blood, the creatures were merciless, any amount of effort to stop them or to converse with them was meaningless.
A joint committee of world leaders came to the decision that the only way to stop them where they are, is by using humanity's ultimate weapon - Nuclear Bombs.
On 26 January 2027, the continent known as Antarctica disappeared from the map of the world, the sea level rised, a huge nuclear cloud covered the atmosphere of the earth.
Sudden changes in the tectonic plates, rewrote the whole map of the world, the earth that was once split in several continents now had only one continent.
Around 20 percent of land was lost due to the rise in water level and the tectonic plates movement. This continental change was the reason of death of 6 Billion humans, some died due to the natural catastrophe, while the sole cause for 4 billion deaths was startvation.
Amongst all this, the world order was lost, and the reason for all this was still there. The once huge void split into small fragments, they appeared randomly anywhere and then what followed was destruction.
But not all hope was lost, humanity saw one more major change and that was the origin of sentinels.
Super Human beings with power to fight against the creatures of voids.
They showed strength and power and methods that was unimaginable for humanity, but all that didn't matter, their origin? Who cares? How do they get power? Who cares? As long as they are willing to fight for the sake of humanity. They are more than welcome
And thus begins the greatest struggle of humanity to survive with the unknown powers against the unknown voids.

Standing at a bus stop, in an apartment community, Arthur looked frustrated:
'when will the bus arrive? May be I should just run to the academy'.
On the roof of one of these buildings, 12 unknown men, with their favce covered in black clothes, and weapons like swords and guns and blades in their hands, looked at Arthur.
One of them, their leader [Number 0: Leader of the 11 Elite Assassins Guild ]
"So, this is the little shit, to kill him, we are being paid 3 Billion Ruby, I wonder why is he so special"
Ruby is the currency that this new world has adjusted to.
Scanning Arthur from top to bottom again and again, he thought to himself 'The employer said to mobilise the whole 12 members of my guild, they said to be extra cautious and to take him out in full sweep, but to me, this little shit, looks like a lamb that's ready to be slaughtered '
With more confusion in his gloomy eyes, he remembered something that was mentioned by the employer 'that bastard, he said not to attack in the night, the attack should only be during broad daylight, otherwise we will be wiped out..... Hehh... What kind of dumb jokes was that.....'
Looking at his 11 guild members, he sighed,
"Ok, so who wants to slaughter that lamb? ".
