Chapter 84 - Chapter 84: A Grand Magus delivers a healing potion; a failed heist by treasure hoarders causes trouble

Fortunately, the Pseudo-Black Hole was not a real black hole; it was essentially a skill derived from an Ideal Blackbody, capable of being countered by extraordinary powers. In the face of extraordinary powers, it did not fully adhere to physical laws.

For example, in Honkai Impact 3rd, even incomplete Herrschers and normal MANTIS could leisurely converse within the Pseudo-Black Hole's radiation range. In Teyvat, at least Skirk would be confident enough not to be swallowed by a small black hole, and could even last until the Pseudo-Black Hole disappeared.

However, Orion looked at the impending Gamma Ray burst and the terrified expressions of the people around him, scratching his head: "Should I weaken it a bit?"

Yunli swung Old Tie at Orion's backside: "Hurry up! If you're a few seconds late, you'll destroy all the cultural relics here!"

"Hey, stop hitting me—you're going to crack my head open."

Orion extended his hand again, and the nature of the black hole in the air began to change, its suction gradually becoming gentler.

As Orion used the skill, he also discovered its extensibility. It didn't have to turn into a black hole like those in space; or rather, a Valkyrie's Chariot's black hole was also a black hole.

That's right, the Ideal Blackbody could actually transform into a non-aggressive skill that only pulled target objects together to gather enemies!

At this moment, the Treasure Hoarders, who could finally no longer hold on, were all sucked into the black body in the air and began to spin at high speed, accompanied by countless bricks, tiles, and broken wood making strange collision sounds and screams.

In the distance, a Millelith squad, noticing something was wrong, came over. As soon as they arrived, they saw a man with golden light in his eyes holding up a hand, staring intently in their direction.

And in the air, a huge black sphere vaguely showed people and houses constantly spinning and colliding inside.

The Millelith squad leader, who was in charge, looked terrified in Orion's direction.

Dressed in red, with long ears, golden hair and eyes, holding a glowing white jade branch, and possessing such world-changing power.

Could this be an Adeptus?

The squad leader quickly led his men over and saluted: "Thank you, Senior Adeptus, for your assistance! We were late to the battle, please punish us, Adeptus."

Paimon was about to explain that they were not Adepti, when Orion suddenly raised his hand to stop her. He narrowed his eyes, leaned forward, and placed his right hand on his chest: "It's a pleasure to meet you. But you're mistaken—I am a Magus and an affiliate member of an organization called Hexenzirkel. I hold the title of Archivist of the Arcanum of the Void." During this excursion, I coincidentally encountered these young friends who were protecting the people of Liyue and fighting against the Treasure Hoarders! I could not bear to see them harmed, so I intervened to rescue them. You are not to blame."

"We give thanks to the Great Magus!" Millelith's soldiers, though somewhat bewildered by his identity, quickly bowed in gratitude.

Gaming and the others behind them were also stunned.

Lumine and Skirk were surprised by the identity he had revealed. They were the ones who had been with Orion the longest and knew he wasn't entirely wrong about his identity. At least here in Teyvat, they thought Orion was trying to boost the Hexenzirkel's reputation. He had probably come up with this identity the night before—who knows what else this chaos gremlin was planning.

Lumine stepped forward: "I say, it's fine to trick others, but don't trick yourself."

When Millelith and Gaming heard this, they wondered: "So he's not a legendary Magus, then?" Could such immense power really be achieved by an ordinary Vision? And in their minds, they couldn't comprehend how a black hole had even the slightest connection to any element.

Before they could finish thinking, Orion pointed at Skirk and the other two: "Don't be talkative! Haha, don't mind them. This impassive-faced woman is my fellow magus, known as "The Scholar of the Frozen Blade." This petite blonde is my senior apprentice, named Lumine; she is merely a sorceress who is completing her training as a magus and has not yet earned a title. The one flying next to her is her spirit pet."

Paimon:???

The Millelith soldiers examined everyone upon hearing this. Although this cold fairy still had the appearance of a girl, she indeed exuded an ethereal aura!

And this white spirit pet, able to float in the Akasha without wings, was truly extraordinary!

Yunli couldn't listen anymore. She walked over and fiercely said to Orion: "Oh, stop spouting nonsense, hurry up and get to business!"

Orion glared: "Why are you so irritable? Is your Mara-Struck acting up?"

Yunli crossed her arms and snorted: "I'm only eighteen. Mara-Struck only affects people who are at least seven or eight hundred years old! I'm still far from it."

Millelith, merchants: "Great Magus, we bow before you!!!"

Before everyone could bow, Orion slightly raised his palm, and a gentle breeze lifted everyone up.

Everyone was deeply impressed; indeed, the methods of a Magus are truly magnanimous and benevolent!

At this moment, Gaming walked over, somewhat embarrassed, and interjected: "Um, great magus, shouldn't, shouldn't you let those Treasure Hoarders down first? Just now, some blood splattered on my face."

Orion:...Oops, I forgot.

A moment later, the Treasure Hoarders, who had been tumbling in the air like a washing machine for a long time, finally fell down. However, their appearance was rather gruesome; many of them had been forced to merge with wooden stakes and stone fragments.

Orion thought this would make it difficult for the Millelith to escort them, and wanted to treat them, but the Millelith leader directly refused: "True Monarch, there's no need! We will send a cart for transportation.

Let them suffer a bit; it might even have a miraculous effect during interrogation later!"

"...miraculous effect!"

At this moment, a Millelith soldier ran over, seemingly wanting to report something, but when he opened his mouth, he repeated the last few words of his captain's sentence.

The Millelith captain gave an awkward smile: "This kid has a bit of a speech impediment, I apologize to the great magus for making him laugh."

Orion stared at him for a while, then suddenly asked: "Is your name Aiko?"

The Millelith captain and Aiko exchanged surprised glances, then nodded in affirmation.

"Name, Aiko!"

"The Magus truly has foresight; his name is indeed Aiko."

Orion closed his eyes helplessly; he knew this person.

This kid was one of the Millelith standing guard on the main road, born with a stutter. Later, his cheap mother, Alice, came and felt sorry for his stutter, so she made him a medicine, claiming it would cure him instantly and definitely fix his stutter.

Good news, the stutter was cured. Bad news, he could only repeat what others said.

Damn it, one dose of medicine ruined his language center, Alice, you've done too many bad things!

Orion coughed heavily twice, reached into his pocket, and finally pulled out a small pill, handing it to the man: "Take this. This is related to the auxiliary and main medicines you took before. If you take this, you'll be cured.

Aiko's eyes widened. It was incredible—the magi were on a whole other level, and on top of that, she knew exactly what medicine he had taken!

He took the pill and swallowed it whole. Immediately, his mind felt clear, and he quickly tried to speak: "Ah, ah, ah, I am Aiko, I don't imitate people's speech."

After speaking, a look of joy immediately appeared on his face: "Great! I'm cured! I'm cured! Thank you, Grand Magus, thank you, Grand Magus!"

Orion then helped him up with Ideal Fluid, and at the same time, felt a sense of realization in his heart.

He seemed to have found a way to pass the time before the Rite of Descension.
