Bella's POV
I watched as Ivy's smile crumbled, confusion flickering across her features as she stared at Elias.
Elias's attention remained fixed on me, his tone warm and respectful. "These gifts are intended for Lady Bella."
At his gesture, a servant approached and presented the items to me.
My eyes widened slightly. Caspian had actually sent me something.
"Please convey my gratitude to Prince Caspian for his thoughtfulness," I said, accepting the offering gracefully.
Stunned silence fell over everyone in the courtyard, their faces frozen in shock.
Ivy was the only one who broke the quiet, her soft sobs filling the air as her cheeks burned crimson. I could practically feel her desperate wish to disappear.
Richard stepped forward, bewilderment clear in his voice. "Forgive me, but why would Prince Caspian send these to my daughter?"
