As he walked through the long corridors of the "Government Castle," Elder Owen looked out the huge windows at Lor City.
From above, you couldn't see the academy below. Although it didn't seem like it, it was divided by sturdy windows that blocked the view from one side. They were magical windows, allowing the sun's rays to be transmitted downwards as if nothing had happened.
The only entertainment Professor Owen had when walking through these unnecessarily long corridors was seeing that beautiful city in the distance, the people walking and going about their lives, and, even further away, the mountains.
The city was impeccably clean, at least in this area. There were beautiful buildings with decorations that matched the vivid colors of the city.
He always enjoyed this view, especially when he walked slowly. But this time he was not here to enjoy it.
