Lumy stood up abruptly, her face tense. She listened intently for another moment before replying quickly.
"I understand. I'll head there right away. Keep the area secured and don't engage if possible."
She ended the call and turned to Andrey, her usual cold demeanor now mixed with clear urgency.
"I'm sorry, but something urgent just came up. There's been a sudden monster outbreak at Felix's residence, one of our important informants. I need to go there immediately."
She quickly grabbed her jacket from the coat rack, her movements sharp and efficient.
Andrey stood up as well. "Do you need backup?"
Lumy paused at the door and turned to look at him. She shook her head.
"No need. You must be tired too, we can handle this."
Andrey stood up and replied firmly, "No need to be polite. You just helped me with important information. It would be rude if I didn't help you in return."
