In Heaven as the gods discuss the state of the world, Light speaks to his siblings: Space, Time and Shadow.
"The world is breaking and we are unable to stop it"
Says Shadow, in a demeaning way .Shadow, the oldest of the four, being the god of all darkness in creation, a tall dark-skinned male with glowing white eyes.
"Then what do you say we do?"
Space says in a concerned tone. She was a tall young lady with hair that glimmered with stars and spatial constructs, pale skin, and glowing eyes that resembled the void of space.
"Remember what father said: "In the distant future, one shall become one with eternity and cast everything into blank".
Says it's Time for everyone to hear. She was a beautiful young woman with pretty eyes, and her pupils appeared to be hourglass-shaped. She had golden hair and a crown marked with the sun, with dark skin color complementing everything.
"Father has not responded once after the war with the unknown god, which was billions of years ago now, in fact, the last thing he said was the prophecy that Time spoke of, the great Sertorra.Our dear father has been asleep, who knows where, and for who knows how long."says Light, the current King of the Gods. He was a tall, bulky man with glowing white hair and eyes that burned like the sun.
"Although I have a plan" Light continues, "reset all life in existence with the might of Sertorra or at least what he left behind using the divine energy we possess we can channel it into me and I can use a certain tool I am working on to reset all life in existence I have named it "the singularity engine".
Light displays a spherical object connected to what looks like a staff,
"What are you planning brother?" the siblings looking bewildered say to Light.
Light simply smirks.
Meanwhile, on planet Sert-0, the sun slowly rises on a typical day.
"Wake up, Shawn," says a loud, feminine voice.
"Yep, I am up," says Shawn, a 19-year-old boy with brownish black hair and deep black eyes that seem to glimmer in sunlight.
Shawn rushes his routine of brushing and bathing and getting ready for university like usual he rushes his breakfast and tea as usual and rushes out his house screaming his goodbyes. He is seen running to the bus stop like a mad man and a shop keeper comments "late as usual" in a tone as if this is a regular seen event.
Shawn almost misses the bus and is late to class again.
"Shawn, this is a common occurrence now. You are late again," says his professor.
"I'm sorry, sir, won't happen again," says Shawn.
"It better not, now take your seat."
Shawn proceeds towards his seat and listens to class. It was Mathematics; that was his weakness. Yet he resisted his urge to sleep during class. During recess, his friends ask him what happened today.
"I had the same dream again." Says Shawn.
"Again?" his friend says. "That's weird, brother." He continues.
"Yeah, I should probably tell mom and Grandpa…" Shawn responds.
Recess ends just as he says so, and the rest of the day goes uneventfully with English and physics as subjects, which were his strong points. At home, he eats dinner at a reasonable time and goes to bed as usual, fearing the dream as it normally makes him late.
Shawn falls asleep and sees white all around him, holding what looks like a sword.
"Fate is immutable no matter how hard you try."A voice rings out.
The voice was strong and rough, yet soothing as well.
"Can this move of yours change the checkmate?".
Suddenly the white begins to crack and visions of what seems to be a sun enveloping everything comes to view. In another instant, everything goes dark as a light suddenly explodes, waking Shawn up with a jolt.
"What was that?". He gasped in an Anxious Manner, sweating alongside.
His mother came to check on him as he screamed quite loudly. As an only parent, she was quite worried about what had happened. She had worried, a lot…
At the same time in heaven,
The meeting of gods is over, and everyone goes to their quarters, but Time, Space, and Shadow talk about Light's plan.
"It's terrible" says Time. Shadow, agreed. Space seems conflicted.
"What happened?" asks Time.
"It's nothing, just wondering how I should feel about Light's plan. He is right to stop the prophecy, but not to harm the innocent like the mortals." Space responds.
"He is not right, we can't just reset all life because light says so, it's not up to us to make that decision."
Just as Time says so, she and the others feel a disturbance coming from a distant planet in the universe.
"An energy spike!"
"Yeah. It had massive amounts of spiritual energy at that".
"Something's wrong…". They all comment.
"Shadow, you keep an eye on Light. I will go check it out. Space, come look for me if I don't show up". says Time. The others nod in agreement.
Time begins to check for the anomaly and heads there to see what can produce that level of energy field. She heads to planet Sert0's location, unsure if she can deal with whatever this is alone.
