Chapter 34 - Chapter 34 — Announcement of the Plan

Instead of returning directly to Earth, Bai Yue first completed the deployment of a planetary defense system he had purchased and installed throughout the Solar System. Its sole purpose was clear—to intercept and delay the imminent arrival of the Nuolan Mountain adventurers.

The cost of the system was staggering. After final confirmation of activation, Bai Yue instructed his intelligent assistant, Long Kui, to take full supervisory control and report any anomalies the instant they appeared.

Only then did he return.

A brand-new C-class spaceship pierced Earth's atmosphere and descended steadily, landing within Bai Yue's manor by West Lake. With a length exceeding three hundred meters and a width of over two hundred, the vessel required an enormous landing zone—but the manor had been designed with exactly this in mind.

Originally, the estate had been constructed with Chinese support to house the Golden-Horned Beast's body. Its underground facilities were vast, and the surface grounds were equally expansive. Accommodating a C-class spaceship posed no difficulty.

The landing did not go unnoticed.

As the residence of Earth's foremost figure, Bai Yue's manor had long been under discreet observation by the major powers. Over the past six months, Bai Yue and Luo Feng had vanished repeatedly, their movements elusive. Though suspicions had quietly accumulated, no one dared probe directly.

The spaceship possessed full stealth capabilities, yet Bai Yue chose not to activate them.

There was no need.

In just a few days, everything would be revealed.

After briefly declining Bai Yue's invitation to stay, Hong and Thunder God departed the manor. Both had been away from Earth for an extended period, and as leaders of their respective forces, an overwhelming backlog of affairs awaited them.

Three days later, the castle Luo Feng had purchased near Bai Yue's manor became the focal point of the entire planet.

The surrounding area was placed under strict martial law. Armed forces sealed off nearby streets, while layered security perimeters were established. Fighter jets from nations and base cities across the globe landed one after another on the castle grounds.

The leaders of the five major powers had all arrived.

This global assembly was convened by Luo Feng, one of Earth's four strongest beings. According to the notice, the meeting concerned an event that would determine the future of the entire world.

Luo Feng's elite guard unit remained stationed in the western wing of the castle, silent and unmoving.

All reception and logistical arrangements were handled by China.

Inside the main building, the conference hall on the first floor blazed with light. An enormous round table dominated the center, surrounded by leaders from every major nation and base city, all exchanging hushed conversation.

At the entrance, Luo Feng stood alongside his three brothers—Bai Yue, Hong, and Thunder God—personally greeting each guest.

At precisely 09:00, the meeting began.

"Boom!"

A sudden explosion of light erupted above the center of the round table, startling the attendees. As the shockwave faded, a three-dimensional projection stabilized—revealing a vast, boundless starry sky.

"Everyone."

Luo Feng rose to his feet, his gaze sweeping across the hall.

"The importance of today's meeting is no less than the Great Nirvana, and no less than the battle against the Behemoth Swallowing Star."

A wave of commotion instantly swept through the hall.

"Please look."

Luo Feng gestured toward the projection.

"This is the Universe."

"I believe many of you already know that humanity is not alone—that intelligent life exists beyond Earth. Some of you may even know fragments of the truth."

"Our Earth," he continued calmly, "is merely one of over two hundred thousand life-bearing planets within a single galaxy."

The projection shifted. Countless planets appeared, including familiar silhouettes—Bailan Star among them. Then the view rapidly pulled back, revealing an immense galactic structure.

"This galaxy, together with eight others, forms the Silverblue Empire."

The hall erupted.

An empire spanning nine galaxies?

The scale alone dwarfed Earth beyond comprehension.

Yet Luo Feng's voice remained cold.

"However… the Silverblue Empire is weak."

"It belongs to the lowest tier of cosmic nations."

The disbelief was immediate.

"How is that possible?"

"Lowest tier?"

"An empire of nine galaxies?"

The leaders stared in stunned silence as Luo Feng continued his explanation without pause.

Half an hour later, the conference hall had fallen completely silent.

"I will now introduce a race to you."

The projection changed again, revealing a massive planet. Countless figures flew across its surface.

"This is the homeworld of a human race known as the Black Mongol Race."

"They possess millions of Planetary-level individuals."

Gasps echoed.

"And among them… there are vast numbers at the Stellar Rank."

"Many have reached Stellar Rank Fifth or Sixth Stage."

Luo Feng paused.

"Do you know what that means?"

"Each one of them can rival the Behemoth Swallowing Star that once threatened Earth."

The room erupted.

"Millions of beings stronger than a God of War?"

"That's impossible…"

"Planetary level everywhere?"

Compared to Earth, where even a single Planetary Level expert commanded national-level authority, the contrast was crushing.

"And yet," Luo Feng said quietly, "the Black Mongol Race is enslaved."

Silence fell like a blade.

"Their entire civilization—generation after generation—are slaves."

"Controlled by implanted bio-chips."

"Bought, sold, and traded like goods."

"They have never risen."

Cold sweat formed on countless brows.

An entire race, endlessly enslaved.

"May I ask," the EU's female prime minister stood, her voice tense, "how do you know this?"

"Because we've been there," Luo Feng replied.

"We entered the Universe."

"We came back… frightened."

All eyes turned toward Bai Yue, Hong, and Thunder God. When the three nodded, the truth finally settled.

"Everyone," Luo Feng said, his voice heavy, "you already understand why you are here."

"Whether you believe this or not… is irrelevant."

He turned toward the entrance.

"Bring it in."

A staff member stepped forward, carrying a black helmet.

"A consciousness induction helmet?" someone exclaimed.

"This is not Earth-made," Hong said calmly. "It is an original product from the Universe."

Luo Feng nodded.

"Through this helmet, each nation may select one representative."

"Their consciousness will enter the Virtual Universe Network."

The hall erupted again—this time with excitement.

This was Earth's first real bridge to the cosmos.

Its first true step onto the universal stage.
