Naruto was browsing the Jujutsu data he brought back from Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical High School during the day, which recorded the existence of Cursed Energy/Curses, Sorcerers/Curse Users, and Cursed Spirits, as well as the relationships between the three.
There was also information about Cursed Objects, Innate Techniques, and other inherent abilities of Jujutsu Sorcerers, as well as information on the use of tools.
A Curse is the power generated from the negative emotions overflowing from human emotions, while Cursed Energy is the power generated by a Jujutsu Sorcerer after refining those negative emotions.
A Jujutsu Sorcerer is a profession responsible for dispelling Curses and exorcising or eliminating Cursed Spirits.
A Curse User is the term for a Jujutsu Sorcerer who has fallen into depravity and uses Cursed Energy to cause mischief.
Cursed Objects refer to remains or items imbued with Cursed power, evolved from the remains of a Jujutsu Sorcerer. Some Cursed Objects are attached to the soul of the original owner.
Innate Technique is an inherent ability of a Jujutsu Sorcerer. Not all Jujutsu Sorcerers are born with a technique. By injecting Cursed Energy into the technique, the corresponding Jujutsu can be activated. This ability is almost impossible to acquire later but can be inherited. Therefore, many ancient Jujutsu Sorcerer families in the Jujutsu World often have inherited techniques.
All of the above is information that must be understood after becoming a Jujutsu Sorcerer.
In addition, the data Yaga Masamichi gave Naruto also included simple explanations of how Jujutsu Sorcerers refine and control their own Cursed Energy, as well as methods for using some commonly known and used techniques.
"So that's how it is."
After Naruto finished reading the information about Cursed Energy and Jujutsu in the data, he finally had a clear understanding of the "Jujutsu Sorcerer" profession and the power system mastered by Jujutsu Sorcerers.
It turned out that the generation of Cursed Energy came from human emotions.

It is worth mentioning that the introduction to Tokyo Metropolitan Curse Technical High School in the data was very detailed, while the introduction to the other, Kyoto Prefectural Jujutsu High School, only consisted of four characters: "one of the Jujutsu Highs." The introductory information was even shorter than the school's name, making the implied bias incredibly obvious.
Even a thick-headed person like Naruto realized the animosity between the two schools when he saw this introduction.

Suddenly, the window of the room was shattered, instantly alerting Naruto. He looked over and found that it was none other than Yuki Tsukumo's Shikigami that had broken through the window.
"Garuda?"

After Naruto understood the information Garuda conveyed to him, his expression immediately turned grim. He then said in a deep voice to Garuda, which was attached to his arm,
"Garuda, take me to Big Sister immediately!"
After understanding the message conveyed by Garuda, Naruto immediately determined that Yuki Tsukumo must have encountered very tricky trouble. Otherwise, she would never have let Garuda come to report to him alone. One must know that the existence of Garuda was equivalent to Yuki Tsukumo's "weapon." With Garuda present, Yuki Tsukumo's combat power could be greatly enhanced.

Garuda felt the dangerous aura emanating from Naruto and immediately stopped arguing, directly detaching itself from Naruto's arm and beginning to lead the way for him.
