Chapter 6 - CHAPTER 4: 4 WEEKS…….4 GRADES…..

One math class was all it took Sarina to understand just how powerful the system and its resources were.

The concepts that had once baffled her, making her feel like pulling her hair became crystal clear just like that with the help of the teacher and her photographic memory. Not only that, it also helped confirm her daily schedule, making it easier for her to manage her time.

But because she was planning on skipping 4 grades and to do so, she had to master all their knowledge before the school started.

4 WEEKS....4 GRADES…..

This was Sarina's main goal at the moment.

Aside from that, Sarina also had her weekly and monthly tasks assigned by the system to complete. She wasn't worried about the academic one.

It was the skill category that really caused her a headache as she had to select something new and wasn't proficient in previously.

'Ohh Well! I will think about it later.' Sarina thought before focusing back on the new teacher who just appeared next.

Sarina didn't even realize how the time flew by as she continued to drown herself in the sea of knowledge before she finally decided to stop.

Stretching her stiff arms and legs on her chair, Sarina exited the pocket dimension and made her way straight to the kitchen, feeling famished from all that studying.

Putting her food in the microwave, Sarina looked around the house and found it be very quiet, a clear indication that her siblings still hadn't returned back after playing.

"Sister Angel, me and my sister both share a room. If I keep on disappearing like this from my house, won't everyone be alarmed?" Sarina worriedly asked.

[The host doesn't have to worry much about that.

You can enter the pocket dimension in two ways. One with your physical body or via your soul. Either of those methods work.

Whenever the host appears in the dimension via soul, your body will be assumed as sleeping to the outside world.]

Angel, who was happily fishing in a pond hidden from everyone's eyes cheerfully replied before going back to what she was doing.

Unaware of what Angel was doing, Sarina sighed in relief and took out her plate from the microwave.

Clara had this habit of packing her three children's lunch plate separately so that the twins won't cause unnecessary trouble for their elder sister; something that Sarina really appreciated at the moment.

After a quick lunch break, Sarina returned back to her room and took out a small board which had 'Studying; Do not disturb' written on it from her cupboard before handing it outside her door.

Looking at the familiar board hanging on her door, Sarina's eyes welled up in melancholy as the scenes from her past life kept flashing in front of her eyes.

Sarina could still remember the four years old twins guiltily standing at her door, holding their ears for disturbing her studies. She had her final exams at that time and the twins were causing a huge and loud ruckus in the house, continuously disturbing her studies.

Though Sarina and their parents gave them quite an earful for that. Thankfully the twins didn't mind it much and even gifted her that board.

'Sister, from now on whenever you want to study, hang this board outside your door and we promise not to disturb you during that time.' The twins solemnly promised.

Shaking her head, Sarina gaze hardened as she stepped back into her room.

"Back to the pocket dimension." Sarina calmly said.

"Sister Angel, can you kindly remind me when its 6 outside." Sarina requested.

[Sure host.] Angel replied.

And just like that, Sarina once again got into her student mode, studying diligently as the teachers continued to change; determination clear in her eyes.

To Sarina, this wasn't just about skipping grades or getting any title. To her, it was the first step towards her revenge, her success and a life she had yearned for and she planned to achieve it as well.

Filled with motivation for a brighter future this time, Sarina gave in it her all.

Sarina didn't even know how and when the time passed by before Angel's voice broke through the space, bringing Sarina back home from her academic path.

[Ding!

Host it is 6 p.m. outside.]

Angel, being the perfect and punctual system she was, reminded Sarina as per her request.

"Thank you, sister Angel." Sarina gratefully said before leaving the pocket dimension.

Coming out of her room, Sarina was very amused at the sight of both her younger siblings sitting in the living room with a book in their hand.

"Has the sun rose from the west? You two trouble makers are actually reading a book and that to in your vacations…. Wait a second, did you do something and now are doing this to escape punishment?"

Sarina asked in amusement when suddenly a thought of their mischievousness clicked her mind causing her eyes to widen, making her look at them suspiciously.

"It's nothing like that sister. We don't always go running around all over the place, ok!?" Leo said, clearly offended by the claims his elder sister made.

"Exactly. We just saw sister working hard so we thought to might read something as well to give company to you." Mila excitedly said; her eyes shining brightly as she looked at Sarina with nothing but admiration in her eyes.

Mila's extra sweet words made Sarina melt into puddle as she quickly ran and took the twins in her arms. The feeling of guilt and shame that she had buried deep in her heart emerged once again.

The last time she had seen the twins was when they were 13 years old and the Montclair family had come to pick her up.

Their entire face was covered in tears as they desperately tried to fight for their beloved elder sister but they were simply no match for the bodyguards hold them back.

No matter how much she hated the idea of leaving her family behind, she seriously had no choice at that time.

The Montclair family had made it very clear that if she didn't return, they would completely destroy her family.

Now, seeing them again with the same innocence on their faces and the same love and admiration in their eyes, Sarina could not be any more grateful to this second chance.

The twins, on the other hand were completely taken aback by their sister's sudden embrace but didn't fight back from it. They could somehow sense that Sarina needed it…. needed them at that moment.

And so, they did what their heart told them to do. They hugged Sarina back even harder, as if telling her that they were there, for her, always.

Sarina obviously felt their emotions, making her feel even more overwhelmed. Rapidly blinking away all her tears, she took a deep breath before finally letting the twins leave her embrace.

"I am very proud of you both. You just aren't my younger siblings; to me you both are my biggest strength. I love you both, a lot."

Holding one of their hands in her own, Sarina looked at them with pure adoration in her eyes and sincerely said.

"We love you too sister." Both the twins pecked both her cheeks and happily replied back making Sarina chuckle in warmth and affection.

Even though the twins really couldn't grasp the depth of Sarina's words, they definitely felt the depth of the words and emotions.

They could feel their sister's love for them in every single word she spoke and every gesture she made. This was more than enough for them to know how much they meant to her sister.

"Ok now how about you both continue with your books while I go and cook dinner before mom and dad come back." Sarina affectionately told them before making her way to the kitchen, leaving the twins standing behind, staring at her back in bewilderment.

"Does sister know how to cook?" Leo asked in confusion.

"I don't know. I have never seen sister in the kitchen before and mom also hasn't mentioned it before." Mila replied; sharing a very similar sentiment with her brother.

"Do you think it will be edible??" Both asked each other at the same time.

Glancing at each other, the twins sighed in acceptance. After all, their elder sister was cooking something for them for the first time. They simply had no way out of it.

Unaware of what was going through her younger sibling's head, Sarina was happily cooking a delicious meal for her family.

Initially Sarina didn't know how to cook at all since Clara never let her enter the kitchen, firmly believing that children should have their entire focus on their education; a thought even Adrian believed on strictly.

The Montclair family on the other hand was the exact opposite. To them, their children should know everything. Only then can they defeat others and earn a place for themselves in the society.

Even though no one in that family actually liked Sarina, they still made Sarina undergo a strict training for two years before announcing her identity to the world. This was done to make sure that Sarina doesn't make them lose face in the high society.

Though the skill was completely useless back then as she really didn't get a chance to practice it much. The house had tens of chefs to do that for her.

The time passed by quickly as Sarina continued to efficiently move through the kitchen. An aromatic smell spread throughout the house, instantly catching the twin's attention who rushed to the kitchen.

Their greedy gaze wandered to the pot on the stove; drooling unconsciously at the sight of food but not daring to enter the kitchen, patiently waiting for Sarina to finish; even volunteering helping her arrange the table.

By the time Sarina put the last dish on the table, the front door opened. Clara and Adrian stepped inside the house, ready to make their way to kitchen to cook dinner for the kids but were completely frozen at the sight of the dining table full of food.

"SURPRISE….."
