Killian's lips moved from Severine's now swollen lips to her forehead, gently coaxing her.
Slowly, the tendrils retreated back into his body, and light illuminated the cloakroom once again.
Free from restraints, Severine's hand slid down his neck, her fingers clutching his shirt and crumpling it.
The young lord pressed his nose against her throat, brushing airy kisses over the delicate skin.
I want to leave my mark there.
But he didn't dare. Kissing her had already scared her.
The force around her legs disappeared, and Severine could finally close them. Yet, with Killian pressing against her, she didn't get the chance to move properly.
"You kissed me," he said, leaning back.
His gaze drank in Severine's flushed form, in her watery gray eyes that looked too innocent at the moment.
