Hello my name is Tom Hill, meeting God after I died was a shock for me as for my whole life I was an atheist. I didn't believe in god but as any other person I did hope there was something after life except for not existing, as even the strongest of people would fear the unknown, it is human nature after all. Enough about my internal monologue, I asked this being if he was God.
The answer was yes however he explained he was the God of reincarnation. I got excited hearing that and remembered all of the reincarnation stories from my life that I loved since I was young. Well I am still young I am only in my early twenties well used to be, now i am dead. Before thinking about that any further i asked "do I get three wishes and choose which world i go to like in those stories" he replied with "well not exactly" before i got to sad he continued "well there is no limit to what u can choose u can take as much time and choose whatever u want but u cant go back to your own world".
I was happy I could wish for as much as I wanted so for the next few days I thought about what I wanted, well it at least felt like a few days but the god in front of me didn't even blink and ask me to hurry. After my time thinking i told the God my wishes
(author note here: I couldn't write the wishes into a whole talking scene because it would be too long to list them like that and u probably want to get into the story, btw the mc will not talk about his past much)

Personal dimension where time doesn't flow outside of the dimension and it can be personalized how ever you want
Ability to be reincarnated as any fictional character in their universe and can do it as many time and if switching between worlds and going back to another one the world u were just in will be paused and once u return to that world it will continue where u left off
Ability to analyze anything instantly and be able to copy and paste it not just in that world but also in the personal dimension or any other world

"Tom you only made three wishes, are u sure that all you want?" the god questioned.
"Oh I forgot about one more please make it so i don't end up in a harem story where the author likes harems and only make it so i have one relationship for each world but its only for that life I experience" tom wished clearly not liking having a relationship with multiple people at the same time in the same life.
"Ahem" the God holed back his laugh clearly enjoying the distress the young man was having "don't worry the author to your story is more civilized than that".
"Wait i am in a fanfiction or something?" before he could continue the God reincarnated him
