A massive group of people charged toward Gato. Gato was terrified; he had been standing at the front, but now he was desperately running to the back.

Inari, despite being a child, rushed to the very front holding a crossbow.
"Drive them off the island! Leave none alive!"

This time it wasn't like the original plot; a real fight broke out. Naruto and Sasuke both charged forward, wreaking havoc.
The only difference was that Sasuke went straight for the kill, delivering fatal blows. Naruto, on the other hand, only defeated the enemies without killing them.
After Kano finished her performance, she also rushed forward with a Kunai, finishing off the enemies Naruto had only defeated but not killed.
"Bad people deserve to die; staying alive is just a nuisance. Better to let me extract their shadows so they can do some good after death."
Inari also followed Kano's example, finishing off enemies to ensure every single one was dead. A stab to the head, a stab to the heart, and another to the right chest just in case the heart was on the right side.
Leaving the three Shadow Ninjas to slowly clear the rabble, Kano, who had already extracted her limit of 15 shadows, passed through the crowd to pursue Gato alone.
However, she maintained her distance, quietly following behind him.
This guy was the richest man around; it would be a disservice to his status not to squeeze some gold coins out of him. Raiding his home was much faster money than doing missions!
After Gato returned to his base, he immediately took out a phone to call for more people. He wanted to call more thugs and kill all those unruly people!
But following closely behind were two Ninjas like black shadows.
A senbon directly pierced the phone in Gato's hand. Gato turned around in a rage, about to burst into curses, only to see something as if he'd seen a ghost.
"Zabuza! Weren't you dead?! Why are you here! And that kid next to you!"
Kano's Shadow Ninjas actually had quite blurry appearances, but Zabuza's kubikiribōchō was so recognizable that Gato identified him.
If one wasn't very familiar, they basically wouldn't be able to recognize them. Even Iruka wouldn't recognize Shadow Mizuki, since Mizuki himself didn't have many distinguishing features.
"That's right, Gato, I've returned from hell!"
Gato's mind went blank. Why did Zabuza's voice turn into a pleasant girl's voice? And it was that kind of loli voice that was trying to be serious by lowering its pitch, sounding somewhat cute?
This was, of course, Kano dubbing from behind. Her Shadow Monarch wasn't like Edo Tensei, which could act as a dream-fulfiller. Kano's could only serve as pure thugs and tools, with no worry of betrayal. After all, they had no souls or self-awareness at all.
Kano had the two go up and mince Gato into meat sauce, and then summoned 6 more shadow clones (the thugs just killed) to search for money... A few days later, the bridge was completed, the mission ended, and Kano's group prepared to return to Konoha Village.
This time, the name of the bridge changed and yet didn't. What didn't change was the name Inari had always called it; what changed was that the bridge was now called—the Kano Great Bridge.
On the way back, Naruto got his wish and rode a Shadow Deer, while Kano rode another. The third deer was kept as a backup, to be used only in emergencies.
Now Kano's shadow count had reached the limit of 15. A total of 5 Shadow Ninjas, 6 shadow clones, 3 Shadow Deer, and 1 shadow bug. In the future, if she got more powerful shadows, she would have to replace the ones she had saved.
However, Kano didn't feel it was a waste. Those shadow clones were incredibly weak; even Shadow Mizuki could take on six of them. She wouldn't feel bad about replacing such things that could only do odd jobs.
If only there were a way to increase the limit of the Shadow Monarch.
