Chapter 17 - Chapter 17 Give me a chance to shine!

Even though he had the advantage in the battle, Shindai had no desire to fight. After finding an opportunity to blast Kakashi and Ueyama Oishi with missiles, he directly fled.

Kakashi's Instantaneous Body Technique was very skilled and fast, allowing him to successfully evade the missile's blast radius. Although he was covered in dirt and looked a bit disheveled, he wasn't seriously hurt.

Ueyama Oishi, however, wasn't so lucky.

Ueyama Oishi's speed wasn't as fast as Kakashi's. Although he used Earth Release: Earth Flow Wall when the missile was fired at him, intending to block the explosion,

the earth wall he created was instantly engulfed by the missile, and the residual force of the explosion still injured Ueyama Oishi.

Ueyama Oishi's left arm was a bloody mess, and blood overflowed from the corner of his mouth.

Kakashi originally wanted to pursue Shindai, but Minato instantly appeared in front of Kakashi, blocking him.

"Alright, Kakashi, that's enough. You won't be able to stop him if you chase him alone. His strength is greater than yours."

Minato's words made Kakashi feel stifled, but he seemed unable to refute them.

Kakashi also felt that Shindai was decent at manipulating puppets, but his own fighting style was too immature.

Therefore, Shindai should have fought very little, or perhaps never fought at all, possessing strength but unable to unleash its full potential.

Because if Shindai had even a little more combat experience, Kakashi would definitely not have just suffered minor injuries after Shindai used Sand Iron World Method.

Minato said to Obito and Rin Nohara: "Rin, you immediately treat Daishi and Kakashi's injuries. Then, you two take Daishi back to the garrison for treatment. I'll go watch him."

After Minato finished speaking, his figure instantly vanished.

Rin Nohara immediately began treating Ueyama Oishi's severe injuries.

Obito couldn't help, and seeing Kakashi's head hanging low, he thought Kakashi was very sad.

After all, Kakashi was a famous genius of Konoha, and Shindai, who was around their age, was even more formidable than Kakashi.

Therefore, Obito felt that Kakashi must be very frustrated right now.

So Obito consoled him: "Kakashi, although you're a bit inferior compared to me, your strength is still pretty good. Losing this time doesn't mean you'll lose in the future. I'll help you get revenge in the future!"

Kakashi stood up and rolled his eyes at Obito: "I don't need your comfort, and I haven't reached the point where I need comforting. I was just replaying the battle with him in my mind."

Obito, however, spoke with an air of having seen through his stubbornness: "Ah, right, right, right, I understand, I understand, you don't need my comfort."

A vein popped out on Kakashi's forehead, but he was too lazy to argue.

Because the more he argued, the more excited Obito became.

Minato had already caught up to Shindai, but he didn't reveal himself directly.

Because Shindai was getting farther and farther away from the Konoha Garrison, Minato was a bit confused by Shindai.

Did Shindai want to escape, or did he not want to leave?

Shindai's forehead was covered in sweat.

Where was the Konoha Garrison again?

Surrounded by trees, Shindai couldn't distinguish directions at all.

"Is anyone there! Is anyone there? Are there any Konoha Ninja?"

Completely lost, Shindai could only shout loudly, trying to see if anyone would respond.

Minato had a line of black sweat on his forehead; he seemed… to have thought too highly of Shindai.

Was the Third Kazekage of Sunagakure out of his mind? Why would he send such a person?

Just as Minato was about to show himself, he heard Shindai's mumbling, which made Minato stop.

"Forget it, I'll notify Uncle Kaito first before looking for Konoha Ninja."

Shindai used the Summoning Jutsu, summoning a Shinobi Hawk.

After summoning the Shinobi Hawk, Shindai asked the Shinobi Hawk: "Did you deliver the item to Pakura?"

The Shinobi Hawk couldn't speak, it could only nod to indicate that it had delivered it.

"That's good. If you hadn't delivered it, I'd make sure to stew and eat you. It would improve my meals."

The Shinobi Hawk shifted its two bird claws and subtly retreated two steps.

It truly had eight lifetimes of bad luck to encounter such a person as its contractor.

Shindai took out a blank scroll, wiped his finger on the ground, and then began writing on the blank scroll.

After writing, Shindai tied the scroll to the Shinobi Hawk's body.

Shindai instructed the Shinobi Hawk: "When you find Uncle Kaito, you must act very urgently, as if my current situation is extremely difficult, understand?"

The Shinobi Hawk looked at Shindai with confusion, not understanding what Shindai meant.

Shindai described: "It's like your master, me, is about to die! You're very sad, and if Uncle Kaito doesn't let me go back, I'm definitely going to die. Show that kind of urgent expression!"

The Shinobi Hawk burst into an expression of surprise.

He was going to die?

That was truly excellent!

Suddenly, Shindai slapped the Shinobi Hawk's head with a big hand, saying unhappily: "Why do I feel like you're so happy? You think you'll be free if I die? Don't worry, even if I die, I'll summon you over, and we'll die together!"

The Shinobi Hawk immediately looked aggrieved.

Seeing the Shinobi Hawk's aggrieved expression, Shindai excitedly said: "Yes, yes, yes, exactly like that. When you see Uncle Kaito, use this expression, remember, use this expression to give him my scroll! Alright, go."

The Shinobi Hawk was eager to fly away immediately. Hearing Shindai say it could go, the Shinobi Hawk quickly flapped its wings and left.

As the Shinobi Hawk flew through the sky, it suddenly went black before its eyes and lost consciousness.

The one who caused the Shinobi Hawk to faint was Minato.

Minato took the scroll from the unconscious Shinobi Hawk and unrolled it to read.

[Uncle Kaito, I can't do this undercover mission anymore. It's too hard for me. I'm being hung up and beaten by Konoha Ninja, constantly being tortured… But Uncle Kaito, please rest assured, I'm very tight-lipped and haven't revealed any information about Sunagakure to the Konoha Ninja.]

Seeing the first sentence made Minato's eye twitch.

When did they hang Shindai up and beat and torture him?

But it was indeed true, Shindai was an undercover agent sent by Sunagakure to Konoha.

Minato continued reading.

[Uncle Kaito, the Konoha Ninja don't trust me at all. They know that the Magnet Release Bloodline Limit Shinobi of Sunagakure is related to you, so they plan to kill me to humiliate you.

I can bear it, but I think Uncle Kaito, you can't bear it either, right? Isn't this a slap in your face?

Uncle Kaito, actually, my strength is very strong. I was just too low-key before. It's the same for me to contribute in Sunagakure. Let me guard the Sunagakure gate and block all invading enemies outside the gate!

Please believe me, Uncle Kaito, I definitely don't want to live for myself. I definitely want to live for our Sunagakure!

Uncle Kaito, I am now on the brink of death. The Konoha Ninja might kill me at any time, so please send someone to rescue me immediately. Give me a chance, give me a chance to work like an ox or a horse, to shine and contribute for Sunagakure!]

Minato finished reading all the content and could only describe it with four words.

Utter nonsense!
