ORION'S POV
I had to be in 17th Margery Street right? I hope I'm not too late . I have had a pretty shitty week and this was just the cherry ontop.
Leaving Princeton was hard but I had to continue my course if I wanted to be a doctor. I needed to start pre-med classes as soon as possible. My dad already enrolled me in Essex.
In Princeton I only did Soccer, astrophysics and French.
My dad had a friend named Billy willows . His daughter too was attending Essex and since she stayed in their house all alone , they gave me permission to stay with her till I finish pre- med . That sounds like forever.
I drove into the compound parked my car near A navy green coloured porche, she has nice taste whoever she was. Hope she isn't bratty .
I took out all my things and headed in , the door was unlocked so I walked in.
I walked towards the living room. The house Scented like chocolate, paintings and upholstery upon the walls . It was decorated old money style , for a moment I liked it .
I walked towards the living room and that was when I saw a heeled boot sticking out the edge of the couch. I went in closer to take a look and then I saw here sleeping on the couch like a doll . I wanted to wake her up but just took her into my arms and decided to take her up to her room myself. I took off her boots and jacket and closed the door behind me.
I then unpacked my stuff and settled myself in the room which she left a note stamped onto the door saying "Your room" .
It was already 9pm so I took a shower and wore my vest and sweatpants as usual , when suddenly I got a call from Max.
"yooooo, how's Essex" He screamed , and it seems like they're out partying again this time , without me.
"ok I guess, I start classes tomorrow" I said closing the door behind me, heading to the kitchen since I felt thirsty.
" Yo , make sure you take it easy on the ladies there orion" Zane called out through the phone . I still can't believe my friends are partying without me .
" You wish . I am a sophisticated Man , I Don't date around" I laughed
"Oh! So what about kayla, keisha,Vivian, Alex,cassie and maddie" josh called out all the names though the phone , i only dated one for a week or so .
I then heard the shower running in her room, sounds like she's awake .
" I wasn't dating any of them i justwanted to have fun , you dicks" I replied as I withdrawed water from the fridge
" More like have pussies" they all burst into laughter as josh spoke "we miss you".
" I know, partying without me sucks" I grumbled
"Tell me about it" He cried
"I will be with you in spirit" i reasoned
" fuck your spirit , by the way is she cute" Max asked .
" I don't know" and then I felt her approaching through the halls .
"I'll call y'all later" I then disconnected the call.
The smell of chocolate and vanilla hit me , the rising sensation from the fragrance was intimidating. Heat started evaporating from my skin , my insides felt warm . Why do I feel this way around her?
" hi" she yawn with a dull voice.
She had beautiful brown skin , brown shaped almond eyes with a glimpse of gold in them I noticed . Her hair was long and curly at the same time which wan tinted bergundy not too bright . Her body shape was slender, any one could seee that through those baggy outifits that she was petite . Height was 5'5 feet , thin eyebrows, a small round nose and thin pink lips . As he approached I could tell that she wasn't putting on any bra beaacuse her nipples pierced the shirt. She was petite but her breast were fuler .
" hi" I replied back sipping the water from the glass quietly .
"So ,how was the rest" I said breaking the awkward silence.
" Good! Thanks for helping me back there. I'm Alora by the way" she expressed warmly.
"Nice to meet you , I'm orion" I responded back .
" looks like you already settled in" she said going for an apple which stood at the center of the counter across me.
" yeah , I came in and you were passed out on the couch so I.." I paused for a moment
"Yeah . sorry about that, thanks by the way for taking me upstairs. I do that a lot"
" so I planned to make some sandwiches, you in" I asked shyly
"Ok" she sounded shy ,Her voice was faint.
" So ? You taking pre-med classes too" I asked as I applied peanut butter on her own slice of bread.
" Yeah, what about you? And Nutella please I hate jelly" she expressed siting on the counter.
" Oh!chocolate and peanut butter , I've never seen anything like that before" I chuckled as i applied the chocolate on to the bread.
" oh really? It tastes amazing, you should try it" I didn't want to spoil her fun saying that I'm allergic to chocolate.
"Nope, I prefer jelly thank you"
"Suit yourself"
" what classes are you taking apart from pre-med Alora ?" I questioned and I just started talking all about how she played tennis, took pre-med classes which were stressful for her . I hate when girls yap , it was my biggest turn off , but for her I would make an exception. She kept yapping and I listened which was strange by the way. I didn't know that I was falling for her silently without her knowing it . I was a stranger but she talked to me as if we were friends and that felt overwhelming but comforting . I like her too.
