Alicia picked up the call. Mrs. Miller seemed impatient for a reason. Before she could say anything an sarcastic voice retorted.
"So you think you've grown wings now huh? "
Alicia asked confused "Why what happened? "
"You sold your company and never told us. Did you ever ask us? Did you ever think of your brother and father? "
Alicia smirked "oh! And why should I ? "
"What do you mean why? Of course cause we're your family? The family business should stay in the family. If you couldn't handle it you could've just left it to you brother and father. Why sell it? "
Alicia smirked and asked "oh! Ok. "
"What do you mean ok? Tell me you didn't already confirm the deal did you? "
"Well what if I have? " asked Alicia.
"Well if you have then nothing can be done but you need to give it to your brother. "
Alicia smiled knowingly.
"Well I'm abroad now I'll do it when I return. "
"That'll be great. By the way when did you go abroad? "
Alicia smiled sadly and said " Mom.... Go back home early tonight and try not to go outside these days... The reports say the weather might be abnormal these days. This is as much as I can say to you this time. Bye... "
She hung up the phone and looked at the snow. Silently she uttered "I don't owe you anymore.
Allister slowly came from behind and held her waist. He put his head on her back and stayed silent.

Then she asked " What about your family? "
Allister opened his eyes and replied " I was born out of my father's affairs. He deceived my mom. He left her when she became pregnant. She brought me up by herself. She died when I was 18. I couldn't gather the money for her surgery in time. I got the money too late. I asked for money from my father but he call me a money grubber and kicked me out. My father never cared. He called me only when he needed me. "
His eyes watered and voice faltered at this .
"So-Sometimes I think it might have been better if she had aborted me. I wish I were never born. "
Alicia turned and held his face.
" Stop crying and look at me. "
He looked up with watery eyes.
"You know why despite knowing her fate she still gave birth to despite of all that she knew she had to face? "
She looked into his eyes and said "Cause she loved you. She wanted you to be happy. And after all that she went through if she hears you words she would be heart broken. So... Don't ever say this again. "
She hugged him and sighed "At least your mother gave her life for but mine took mine for hers. "
They held each other and sat on the armrest. Allister lied on her and put his face in her chest. He cried while she comforted him and time to time pulled the blancked on him. She looked at him and her lips curved slightly unconsciously. Allister put his head up and saw her smile. He suddenly pulled her face and kissed. Alicia was stunned but gave up. Slowly she put her hand behind his head and deepened the kiss. She let out her pheromones. He too let his pheromones out. She turned over and put him under her. They kept kissing for a while. After a while they panted and lied in each other's arms.
Suddenly a scream was heard from the first floor.
