He had originally hoped to seize the opportunity to draw a copy of "Southern Planting."
"But never mind, there will be plenty of opportunities in the future."
Shawn cast aside the distracting thoughts and carefully read the contents of the magazines.

Seeing the first "Explosives Depot" magazine, Shawn couldn't help but sit up straight.
"Hiss--"
"Pipe bombs and grenades? Is it time to enter the military industry era?"
Whether it was pipe bombs or grenades, Shawn already had most of the necessary conditions and materials for their production.
A workbench was essential, and then basic components like metal pipes, mechanical parts, wrought iron, and springs could be continuously sourced by dismantling cars and machines.
The only thing somewhat lacking was probably gunpowder.
But even gunpowder could be obtained through mining, quickly synthesized from 'coal' and 'nitrate powder.'
Once Shawn maxed out those two mining skills, these minerals would be easily acquired.
So, looking at it this way, it was roughly equivalent to Shawn already having the qualifications to manufacture two types of explosives.
"If I could at least equip my own people with a few more, wouldn't the survivors on the other side really be blown up when we meet them?"
The frustration of not getting "Southern Planting" earlier immediately vanished.
Now, even if the system offered him a trade, he wouldn't take it; this small "Explosives Depot" magazine could elevate the overall firepower of the Prison to another level.
"Not bad, not bad."
Shawn was quite satisfied.
The next four magazines, in Shawn's eyes, combined were not as good as a single "Explosives Depot" and were not immediately useful, so Shawn just glanced at them and moved on.
"I was just thinking, what exactly is this blood moon survivor ring?"
Shawn looked closely.
It wasn't a physical item as imagined, but a blueprint.
blood moon survivor
Type: Blueprint, Ring, Team Buff Item
Restriction: Can be worn by members who have joined the 'Team System.'
Effect 1: When the wearer faces the Blood Moon, stamina consumption is slightly reduced, sanity decline is slowed, and fear accumulation speed is slowed.
Effect 2: The wearer gains the 'blood moon survivor' title, receives a 5-minute life extension when in a dying state, and can use some healing items for treatment.
Item Materials: Forged Steel, Brass, A Drop of Heart Blood from a Blood Moon Walker.
"Can use some healing items?!!!"
Seeing this, Shawn'shot' up and ran downstairs.
"Where are those Walker corpses?"
Shawn took a breath and roughly asked Shane.
"They were thrown into the distant woods, why?"
"Nothing, I'm just going to check to make sure they don't get back up."
Shawn composed himself, slowed his breathing, and calmly looked at Shane.
Following the direction of Shane's finger, Shawn found the Berserkers corpses not far from the edge of the jungle.
These Walkers, after being enraged by the Blood Moon, had their flesh torn open inch by inch, with blood vessels and tendons exposed, looking more terrifying and ferocious than ordinary Walkers.
However, many of these Berserkers were casually messed up by Shawn during their fight, ending up dismembered, so in comparison, Shawn was even more brutal.
Shawn looked at them and couldn't help but curse himself as a 'prodigal son' for ruining such treasures.
"What a waste, what a waste, these are all resources."
Shawn carefully took out a small knife and extracted the heart blood from the intact corpses; a 500ml glass bottle was filled to about less than one-tenth.
"Next Blood Moon, I should find a way to single out some Berserkers and collect their blood. This much blood isn't enough for the entire Prison."
Gradually, Shawn's attitude towards the Blood Moon began to undergo a subtle change.
Somehow, Shawn even began to anticipate the arrival of the Blood Moon.
Fortunately, the heart blood collected in the bottle was enough for himself and Rick's group to wear the blood moon survivor rings first.
Aside from the 'heart blood of the Berserkers,' the other materials were not difficult to find, being just basic resources. Shawn could simply ask them for the blood, and he could craft it in minutes.
After putting away the bottle containing the 'heart blood,' Shawn returned to the Prison, intending to look at the last treasure map marked as unknown.
But the next second, Daryl came up to him.
He looked into Shawn's eyes: "Come with me, I think you should see this."
Hearing Daryl's words, Shawn frowned and followed him.
The two did not return to the Administrative Building but passed through Section C of the Prison to the Section B cells.
When they arrived, Old Dale and Merle were also there, and Shawn could hear Merle blustering from afar.
"Old man, if you ask me, don't treat him. He's a subordinate of a mad dog; treating him is just a waste of our medical supplies."
"Whether to treat or not, it's not up to us to decide, remember? We practice autocracy here, so I only listen to Shawn."
"You old man..."
Merle looked speechless. Now it seemed everyone liked to use that line against him, and the crucial thing was he couldn't find a reason to refute it.
Closing his eyes, he lay lazily on the bed in the adjacent cell; he found a 'home' feeling in the cell.
"Who did you find? Are there still survivors after the Walker horde?"
Shawn was initially a little disbelieving.
After all, Woodbury had been ravaged by the small Walker horde, and even the Governor was dead, so how could anyone still be alive?
But the next second, looking at the weak figure lying flat on the bed, Shawn was stunned.
"It's true."
