Hellos my dear readers
In a few hours I plan to delete the chapters that i have written so far.
I started this story last year while I was studying for exams and had had been stacking chapters for months at a time and obviously that's a shitty excuse [Though I do swear on my life its the truth]
Now that I have the time and free brain power i plan to rewrite a story with a similar premise but differently
The reason I'm planning to rewrite it as well is because there are many loopholes in the story that I would like to get rid of and iron out and also because I want the story to MAKE SENSE
also something ain't non of yall has pointed out is how a 26 YEAR OLD OR MORE SUNNY is trying to be with a 16 YEAR OLD NEPHIS

I'ma need to work something out with this. Maybe instead of the gods and daemons working together to send him back just shadow god and weaver manage to send his memories back?
I think that makes more sense because if they could turn back time then why would they not do it for themselves...?
Sunny is most definitely not as immensely powerful as a Divine so sending his memories back at least wouldn't be a problem..

As I was saying
i shall revise and pump out another regression shadow slave fanfic that makes a bit more sense and actually allows me to write later chapters without having to revise and change what i have written in the past
I may be able to let out a chapter a day starting from Friday this week on this one
But in the mean while i have been writing another shadow slave fanfic
This one is not a regression story rather it follows the Story of Kaelen, a boy who had killed himself and then found himself in his favorite novel as he was chosen by some outer force [No that outer force has no significant force on the story other than some tit bits here and there since he did die. There will be a bit of lore on that]
Obviously Im sure you've noticed i have an odd ability to write overpowered slop but hey. i love the overpowered slop manga's and that wont ever change
but this is shadow slave and it may not be my first but it is definitely my favorite novel; and this story did not follow the tone and style of the original masterpiece

Kaelen is now in shadow slave and is kind of OP, or I plan for him to be after his first nightmare which is currently being written and will be written for a while because its a trial far far worse than either Sunny's or Nephis simply because of the power is Aspect will hold in the future
I've been working on a flaw for him for when the Appraisal eventually takes place
I don't really want to spoil it for anyone yet even though its not a big deal but basically his aspect revolves around the 7 fundamentals of the worlds -[and there will be 7 trials corresponding to them. Duh G3 loves the number and so do I]
Fire
Water
Air
Earth
Light
Darkness
and Life
And no none of those are divine elements like Nephis soul flame its just a normal flame, normal water, normal wind, normal sand stone and soil and normal light and darkness
The life one will be kind of interesting cause we know the gods were able to remold life to their will but basically in the early parts of the story its mainly used to perform some healing
I wont get into details but Kaelen since he was betrayed by those he held dear had still maintained the notion of 'Bad things will happen to bad people' and 'its better to be hurt myself than hurt others'
But obviously during the nightmare that ideology changes and reveals how he now actually feels
He is a righteous person and is also a very spiteful person to those he dislikes which is something he uncovers about himself
and though it isn't a regression story he will be close to the main trio and follow them to the forgotten shore . Also he's going to use Sunny's true name as soon as Sunny wakes up [The force that pulled him to this world gave him the preference to choose who's fate he would like to bind himself to and he chose Sunny who he knew best so yeah... that's going to be fun to write]
Basically why I'm telling you this about him is because i need help with the development of his flaw
I was thinking since his Aspect is indirectly tied to the world it can be something like:
Flaw: [Memory of the World]
Flaw description: [The earth does not weep, yet it remembers every drop of blood spilled upon its surface. It does not scream, yet it feels the rot of the plow and the sting of the cold. It waits in silence, for it knows that all things that walk must eventually fall back into its embrace. You are the Soul of the world and share that sentiment.]
Essentially what it means is that even though he might want to forget something he never will, like maybe a hurtful memory or a horrid pain he has experienced he never will and will always want to rid the 'world' of the thing that caused said pain, the way or time taken does not matter but it will play on his mind like a permanent distraction unless he resolves it. Its not a very creative for something as daunting as a flaw
but i felt it could be cool since, for example if he is attacked by a stronger nightmare creature and he is already suffering from a lot of unresolved hate he might temporarily loose his mind and charge at it like a beast with no mind
But again this is all i have for now and i am thinking of something else while i write his first trial
I would really appreciate some ideas for a flaw. Obviously not something to daunting or dangerous like Cassie but something that can be a neat point to write on like how Sunny needs to learn how to lie without lying
Also maybe some development with the love story. I mean I'm not a romance fan but everyone deserves some love [except that bastard Asterion. What he making Seishan do to Kai and The nameless dude to to Effie deserves some mad pain.]
I was thinking Cassie since it would be cool since Cassie will see the future and try to change it while trying to write her wrongs but with him being from another world and all he isnt behold to this worlds fate and can change some stuff for the better but obviously not all of it and i might very well roll with that unless maybe another oc? some random that was in the bright castle? idk i think cass is the best choice...
And Yes the idea of not being affected by another universes fate came from Otherworldly Demons in Reverend Insanity
Id love you guy's to give some suggestions
I appreciate you guys reading these stories since I did push them out just for fun but I think we would all enjoy a fanfiction more if it was like the story it was derived from
and I will try to write not only the story in a better way but the characters too [Btw G3 is definitely Madman because, lets forget about the damn storyline for a second. WHY THE HELL IS HIS CHARACTERS SO FREAKING PERFECTLY WRITTEN. makes it so damn hard to try and recreate the characters]
