Chapter 169: Everything is Beika Town's Choice

"Then, I won't stand on ceremony!"

To Ichigo Kurosaki, Conan's declaration was a message of ultimate bliss.

On one hand, Ichigo no longer had to balance the dilemma of his power, for all the citizens of Beika had, on this day, passively become "Light." Those unable to withstand the leaking Reiatsu of the Alien War-God had been swallowed by the Magical Girl to forge the Ten-Thousand-Armed Divine-Abomination. Since the "mobs" were gone, there was no need for restraint.

On the other hand, this Abomination radiated an aroma of absolute "Intensity" from head to toe. Just witnessing it told Ichigo that this was a magnificent alien feast, and he intended to feast until he was satisfied.

The Giant of Light did not wait as before; he charged forward with a roar. The earth thundered as every stride of the gargantuan entity carried immense force.

From the moment Ichigo reached into this world, he had sensed the environmental differences compared to the Soul Society. The most glaring issue was that techniques like Shunpo, Sonído, and Hirenkyaku suffered from a "lack of compatibility." More specifically, any technique relying on the manipulation of ambient "Reishi" encountered trouble.

The reason was simple: this world lacked Reishi.

If any other powerhouse from the Soul Reaper world had come here, the problem would be severe. But to Ichigo, while troublesome, it was not an obstacle. Having attained 100% Absolute Domain, he could no longer be called "human." He was a physical entity of 100% pure power—the complete manifestation of the "Soul" concept in the material world. He was a Perfect Spiritual Lifeform.

Since he was his own source of spirit particles, and possessed the Perfect Complete Realm and world-shaking martial wisdom, the compatibility issue was solved instantly. As his foot slammed down, spirit particles permeated the ground, turning the earth into a compressed spring. Using that rebound, he kicked off, leaving the world behind in a blur.

In just a few steps of acceleration, the Giant of Light became a wild hurricane, whistling forward with destructive momentum. This was a modified version of Hirenkyaku; its specific name didn't matter to Ichigo anymore.

He threw a punch. It was still the technique named "Ikkotsu" (Single Bone).

To Ichigo, the techniques of Genryūsai Shigekuni Yamamoto—the King of Assassination—honed through a millennium of slaughter, were beyond reproach. He hadn't appreciated them fully in the Soul Society, but in the Conan world, he realized their true brilliance. The principle was concise: basic power compression and eruption. Its difficulty lay only in the degree of control. Because it was so simple, it required no modification to be used in other worlds. To Ichigo, it was the perfect "Auto-Attack"—the ideal way to say hello to an opponent.

The Giant's "greeting" landed with peerless force on the Abomination's "head." Since her form was so far removed from humanity, Ichigo simply guessed where the head should be and struck.

The Divine-Abomination Magical Girl seemed to still be in a state of transformation. She did not react. She took the hit directly, and her "head" was instantly vaporized by the unparalleled fist-force.

Yet, it had no effect on her. Like a signal, the vaporization triggered her full "awakening"!

A majestic flow of flesh-solution expanded violently, then contracted sharply. With every cycle of expansion and contraction, her volume increased. She became like a flesh-tree with infinite branches growing at high speed. The rolling flesh-solution was the shadow of her canopy, spreading outward to consume not just living souls but entire buildings. In an instant, the broken reality of Beika donned a new "skin," dressed in the special-effects costume of "Flesh Beika."

The tree unfurled its ten thousand arms as branches, tentacles, and various weapons. The variety was unutterable: from pistols to submachine guns, grenades to rocket launchers. There were the eighteen types of traditional cold weapons—swords, spears, halberds. Even vehicles became weapons: tricycles and tanks.

But the most subtle were the everyday items: fishing lines, ropes, cutting boards, ashtrays, stools, plastic bags, and towels. These mundane objects comprised the majority of her arsenal.

Ichigo did not underestimate them. Each item radiated an unshakeable aura of blood and cruelty, as if they had tasted the lives of thousands. He realized that in the Conan world—a world where the "Case" is supreme—these common items were the true specialized tools of slaughter. Compared to these cheap, accessible items capable of flowery criminal methods, firearms and blades were practically amateurish!

Human faces surfaced on the trunk and branches—the "Eyes." They shrieked and roared, their bloodshot pupils locking onto the Giant of Light as if they wanted to drink his blood and eat his flesh. Their hysterical killing intent merged into a unified, world-shaking roar:

"KILL!!!"

With ten thousand eyes wide and ten thousand hearts unified, waving ten thousand arms, the Divine-Abomination charged the Giant of Light.

Faced with a Magical Girl whose style transcended human sanity, the Giant did not retreat. He let out the laughter of a hot-blooded powerhouse—"Keke"—and threw a flurry of punches. Ikkotsu became his standard attack, radiant spirit-light swelling as he engaged the girl in a legendary battle. It was like Nezha meeting the demon-worm master of the deep sea, or Zeus meeting Slaanesh disguised as a ram; the aesthetics were weird, but the battle was glorious.

Ichigo grew more excited. The enemy was "Intenser" than he imagined. Every strike of the Abomination was "majestic." With ten thousand arms, every attack was like ten thousand killers executing perfect criminal plans with specialized techniques.

Defense was meaningless. Every single one of those ten thousand strikes was ruthlessly precise, aimed at the Giant's most vulnerable points. This reflected the "Criminal Ethos": a killer often gets only one chance, and any slip-up leaves a fatal clue for the detective. This professional standard of "Perfection" had manifested as physical attacks.

The "Skill" wasn't the problem for Ichigo; it was the Laws behind the strikes. Like water flowing down a hill—if blocked, it simply builds "Potential Energy" until it overflows. The slope and the water were the Laws. If Ichigo blocked or dodged, her power simply spiked and her aim became more precise, eventually forming a "Sure-Hit" effect that ignored evasion.

To Ichigo, this was a delightful experience. He could finally abandon the idea of dodging and focus entirely on a brawl of flesh and bone!

Since mastering Reishi Restructuring, Ichigo no longer knew how to spell the word "Death." As long as his Purity burned and his battle-will roared, he could reconstruct his body indefinitely. Coincidentally, this Abomination didn't know what death was either. Ichigo's Ikkotsu shattered her flesh, but the solution flowed and restructured her instantly.

Passion fueled by Purity, accompanied by flying flesh, rained a storm of blood over Beika!

"Keke! I take it back! The humans of your world aren't weak at all! Fighting you is a bliss I never expected!"

When Ichigo first descended, he saw that his mere presence almost annihilated the city, and he had looked down on the locals as frail. Now, his view had completely flipped. In the Soul Society, mobs were meaningless; if a powerhouse was strong enough, the weak fainted just by being near. In the grand battles of his world, only a few could actually make a difference.

But here, he saw a different flavor. The citizens were weak, but when they were unified, they were "Strong" in a way he had never seen. That collective "Killing Heart" was truly peerless.

In this passionate brawl of killing intent, the Giant of Light gradually fell into a disadvantage!

Ichigo wasn't one to belittle an enemy to save face. He admitted that fighting with "one hand" while his feet were fixed outside the world barrier was difficult. More importantly, the Abomination wasn't just immortal—she was growing stronger as they fought!

With his martial wisdom, he saw her growth mechanism: the flesh-solution spreading through Beika. She wasn't just eating people or Moriarty shards; she was absorbing everything related to the concept of "Humanity." As long as the solution covered a human creation, she grew.

The modified ritual Conan had performed had failed to summon the "Extreme Evil Shinichi," but it had produced an outcome Conan hadn't foreseen. Conan didn't know that within the Magical Girl were the echoes of the First Loop:

Ran Mouri, the Blood Princess who danced in divine blood.

Vodka, the modified soldier who shackled a god's body.

Professor Agasa, the ancestor of magic-scientists who buried science for magic.

Ai Haibara, the final human who witnessed the birth of an Eternal God.

Under the ritual, the embers of the God-Slaying War replayed. This Abomination gained a status: The End-Time Witch, the symbol of all human civilization and its final path. She was born to slay gods!

Conan sensed Ichigo was losing ground. "Don't worry. I've prepared power-level support for you!"

Ichigo had been ready to toss a "foot" into the world, but he stopped to see what this world's power tasted like.

Faintly, the Nightmare Beika hidden in the shadows emerged. With a manic shriek, a boundless Criminal Mist coiled around the Giant of Light!

"In this riot, you—the Alien Invader—are the true culprit! You are entitled to the buff of the entire Nightmare Beika!"

The Giant, once wreathed in golden flame, was dyed a cryptic pitch-black.

Ichigo felt the power. It was "Criminal Power"—cryptic, extreme, savage, yet kaleidoscopic. With his combat sensitivity, he used his battle-will to trace the River of Time, seeking to see the criminal experts of the past.

"Ah... I see..."

He saw only a few glimpses before he, the man named the Knight of the Apocalypse, fell silent. Pity surfaced in his eyes. His unmatched battle-will wavered and began to dissipate.

To Ichigo, whose Purity usually burned forever, this was rare. But combat was his conviction, and his conviction was birthed from his innate kindness and hot blood.

"Conan..." Ichigo said. "What?" "Be strong. No matter what happens, don't give up. Whatever... this is your script. God has arranged your plot. We'll talk after the fight."

Conan, sharing a body with Ichigo, felt the complexity in his tone but was confused by the lack of context. He didn't pry; now was not the time.

The Absolute Domain granted Ichigo total control over himself. Even alien power could not escape the palm of Purity. He instantly digested and mastered the criminal power of Nightmare Beika. The Giant of Light entered a new "Dark-Shining" form, ready to face the End-Time Witch.

Ichigo realized something interesting: the Witch was also the manifestation of Beika's everything. The battle had become a war between Nightmare Beika and Flesh Beika.

All sin and justice were sacrifices to the city. All struggle was the city's choice. Beika would endure regardless of victory or defeat!

"Beika has 'activated' and started feeding me information? After this, the little detective is going to have a lot of headaches to handle!"

Ichigo's thoughts didn't linger. He clenched his fist and walked toward the Witch.

The criminal buff hadn't just increased his stats; it gave him the "Qualification." The right to be the "Killer" who, in broad daylight and before all eyes, would personally "murder" the End-Time Witch!

As an Alien War-God, Ichigo didn't use flowery criminal schemes. He just gripped his fist and walked forward. The Witch let out a shriek of killing intent and pounced.

The crime would not last long. Once the plan and execution were set, the truth would bear fruit as an iron fact!
