Elena's POV
I watched Dorian's jaw tighten.
"Fuck," he growled, frustration bleeding through his voice.
I shut my laptop and faced him. "What's wrong?"
Dorian sank back into his chair, fingers digging into the armrests. "It's finished. They destroyed everything."
I narrowed my eyes. "They? Who exactly?"
"Woody and Bennett," he bit out through clenched teeth. Something told me his rage wasn't meant for me.
"What did they do?"
He scrubbed his chin, breathing hard before explaining the post.
"Let's stay calm," I said gently, though my pulse hammered. "We can handle this."
"Handle what? It's done!" Dorian snarled. "That fucking... damn it!"
"Easy, Mr. Griffin," I murmured. "I'll figure this out."
I opened my laptop and pulled up the news.
Dorian was right. Woody had issued a statement—and there was video footage.
I glanced at him. "Mind if I watch this?"
"Go ahead," he said, fingers flying across his phone screen.
