Seraphine's smile was pure sin, slow and hungry and dripping with anticipation. Her pulse thundered between her thighs the second Voren's eyes locked on hers.
Whatever surprise he had planned, she already felt it coiling low in her belly like liquid fire. "Are we leaving now?" she breathed, voice thick with want.
Voren's answering nod was dark and possessive. "Yeah. And don't pack a goddamn thing."
They stopped only long enough for Voren to corner Corvine in his suite. "You're the Alpha. You're not allowed to interrupt my honeymoon. Try it and I'll cut yours short myself."
Corvine laughed, easy and genuine. "Not a chance. You two earned this. Shit never stops coming, but you still have to grab life before it's gone." His gaze softened on Seraphine. "Don't worry. Damon, Kael, Augustine, and Callum are all here."
At the last two names, Voren's jaw tightened. "Set up special training for Augustine and Callum. Hard training."
