"Do you like music?"
The group sat on the ground. Nagini helped spread out a small blanket, which earned her a few extra glances from her Master's mother—Nagini was very excited about this. Being praised by Mori Tsukisa's Mama made her quite happy.
Incidentally, she didn't quite understand that black cat cowering in the corner who still didn't dare to approach, nor that Mr. jackal who was suppressed and had his time stopped.
Mr. jackal's gloomy appearance had lasted for a long time. The space and time around Him had all condensed into a solid state, like a piece of ancient animal amber that had been sitting on a counter for many years.
"Music?"
The woman nodded: "I've heard from other Tsukisa Mamas that your voice is very pleasant, which might stem from me. Also, you know many languages, which is also like me."
The interesting thing was that the three Mori Tsukisa had met all had a strange commonality: they all liked to find parts of her that resembled themselves.
This was probably like the daily life of human parents arguing over who the Child resembled more.
'Like me!'
'No, the little sweetheart is more like me.'
'But I'm his father!'
'I'm still his mother.'
'This Child is black, and you're of the yellow race, so he's like me!'
'My dear Mr. Father, you are also of the yellow race.'
Thinking with a bit of malice, Mori Tsukisa replied: "I do indeed know multiple languages...?"
"Like me." The woman pointed to herself: "I understand the language of all things, and I personally created the language and script for a species..."
After a few bits of small talk, Mori Tsukisa finally realized that this third Mama of hers was probably an airhead plus a 'kuudere'—the girl still remembered the insult the perverted trash mother had once uttered:
That music-loving, kuudere idiot.
It should... be her, right?
"kuudere?" As if hearing her thoughts, the woman clutched the green book in confusion: "Does it mean no chest, no brain, and no butt?"
She pushed the book aside, looked down at herself twice, looked up, and approved with great certainty: "That's right, what Source said was indeed correct. Has she been observing me all this time? Source... is not simple."
Mori Tsukisa:..."No, it's not like that... Mama."
Arrietty suddenly felt that if there were beings in the Multiverse who could make Mori Tsukisa suffer a loss, beings who could easily subdue the crazy girl—it must be her mother...s.
"Oh. But I find it hard to understand; I am not like that." The woman shook her head, "I still prefer having no brain, no chest, and no butt."
She stood up clutching her book, turned her head to look at her back, and affirmed once more: "It really is that kind of triple-nothing; Source's observation is very keen, as expected of the consistently powerful her."
That person was not praising you.
Mori Tsukisa sighed, her heart weary.
"So, Mama is leaving in a while?"
"I can't stay in this World for too long. It will break." The woman uncurled her legs and slowly stood up: "My leisure time is also almost up. I don't know how much longer it will be until I see you again."
"Can you do more eating livestreams and'sticking' livestreams? We voted, and these two have the highest popularity among everyone."
Nagini, who had not yet been exposed to the modern internet, looked at Arrietty with eyes full of questions. She excellently refrained from asking about 'eating livestreams' but instead asked about another: What is... a'sticking' livestream?
Arrietty: Streaming while sticking together, ask again and I'll kill myself.
The woman stood up, looked down at her kneeling daughter, and let go.
That green, large, and thick notebook slowly flipped open—in an instant, the time of the World began to flow again!
Anubis, Guardian of the Duat was still in the state from the previous second, gripping his scepter and putting all his strength into resisting the pressure on his shoulders. He glared fiercely at the group who looked like they were having lunch on the grass, baring his fangs!
"Walker of All Realms! I want your spark and blood!!"
"That is impossible, with your status..." The woman lightly tapped the pages that moved without wind: "An ant cannot command a dragon to offer its soul, nor can it bear such things."
Anubis, Guardian of the Duat turned his gaze to the woman quietly flipping through the book.
"I am Anubis, Guardian of the Duat! Gatekeeper of the Underworld, future controller of the Multiverse's River of Death, Lord of Ten Thousand Souls, the crown upon the Throne of Vengeful Spirits! I am—"
Rustle, rustle.
The notebook flipped another page.
The quiet woman stood on her tiptoes, peeking her head out from behind the massive book to look at Anubis, Guardian of the Duat. Behind her lenses, her large eyes were filled with bewilderment: "Sorry! I was too focused just now, what did you say?"
Arrietty:...You're not as good as her, Mori Tsukisa.
"I am Anu—"
"I know." Ruthlessly interrupting the jackal's roar, the woman pushed up her glasses: "I'm going to start eliminating you now, are you ready?"
Ding.
As her finger touched the page, silver ripples vibrated and solidified circle by circle. A certain segment was extracted from the middle of a rising and falling movement, and silver musical notes elegantly and freely poured out from the pages!
This was a sea of music composed of a massive movement!
For a moment, Bastet almost wanted to scream out loud!
"Movement Section Seven, World Destruction—"
Snap!
The woman quickly covered the notebook with her small hand, which had thin calluses on the knuckles.
The music stopped abruptly.
"Sorry! I got it wrong again..." She covered the score and apologized to Anubis, Guardian of the Duat awkwardly, then started looking through it again. As the pages rustled, the jackal Great God finally began to curse.
"We are the Ancient Egypt pantheon! You are offending the dignity of the gods! Cross-domain deity, state your purpose, and tell me your name!"
Rustle, rustle.
"Please wait a moment."
"I am the Gatekeeper of the Underworld, the indispensable Cycle of Reincarnation for all in the mortal realm!"
"Okay, almost there, almost there."
"Unknown deity, you cannot stop the power of the entire pantheon!" The jackal's resistance seemed to take effect; he visibly grew larger, and the divine might on his dark body spread further and further. Half the sky was obscured, and the oppressive Water of the River of Death bubbled out of his mouth, polluting the mortal World.
Wails accompanied by the hideous faces of countless undead also climbed out of the black Water.
"Devour this World!"
The woman stood on tiptoes again and peeked her head out, the symbols above her head revealing her inner joy.
"Found it, this one will do!"
(?o. o?)
Compared to the surging energy from before, this movement, though more oppressive, was concentrated into a single beam aimed directly at Anubis, Guardian of the Duat. The notes swirled around him, and a dark green light shone on the River of Death. In just a few seconds, it caused the surging Water to dry up and wither.
The skin on Anubis, Guardian of the Duat's body was peeled off layer by layer. The divine powers of various colors he had stolen flew off in all directions, returning to their Masters—one could imagine how Anubis, Guardian of the Duat would be treated once those Masters awoke and learned of this.
Then, the jackal gradually shrank, compressing from a sky-blotting Great God into a normal human size, like Bastet. He wailed as he was burned, and an invisible, colorless, unknown force completely erased everything he had accumulated.
Not a trace was left.
Finally, only the former Gatekeeper of the Underworld remained.
"No... No! My power, my power!"
"That wasn't your power." The woman snapped the notebook shut, nodded to Mori Tsukisa, and looked at Nagini, Imhotep, Anck-Su-Namun... and Bastet: "I'll leave the rest to the local gods."
"You need to get stronger quickly, daughter."
Her long White hair billowed in the wind. Invisible steps supported the woman as she climbed upward. In mid-air, a phantom of a green and silver palace slowly emerged—beautiful creatures waiting for her affectionately at the door: white-feathered long-winged unicorns, and towering trees with withered arms.
The woman stood before the main gate of the palace and turned to look at Mori Tsukisa below. Behind her, those creatures naturally gathered around: bowing formally and respectfully, kneeling to help lift the hem of her robe.
Then... a dense voice resounded through the sky!
"My name is ilúvatar (Eru ilúvatar)!"
"Creator of the Great Movement of Life..."
"The One God who ignited the Inextinguishable Fire of the Universe!"
"Become strong, become even stronger."
"Let the Planeswalker's 'Lands' spread across the vast Universe, and continuously awaken to surpass our concepts..."
"Let your name resound throughout the Multiverse!"
"Mori Tsukisa."
"The Child of Disorder who shouldn't have appeared, the mad princess under the twisted silver moon, the unique creation of the Multiverse."
"I await your arrival."
The gates slowly closed after the woman and the creatures entered... Suddenly, the white-haired woman's head popped out again, shouting:
"Do more mukbangs and'sticking' streams! Don't for—"
Before she could finish, she was forcibly dragged back by a group of creatures.
