Chapter 1 - Chapter 1 : The One Who Fell from the Sky

In a world where strength consumes the weak, and survival demands constant battle beneath merciless shadows, there existed a small planet—one drowning in pain, sorrow, and poverty.

A planet barely holding on, as if life itself were a burden too heavy to discard.

In one of its cold, narrow alleys, a mother held her young child close. She rocked him gently, her arms thin from hunger and long days of waiting. She had nothing to give him—no food, no shelter—only her embrace and a fragile warmth she hoped would protect him from a cruel world.

A boy passed by them.

He had black hair, and eyes tinted with an unusual shade of red—eyes that left a strange impression on anyone who noticed them. He stopped, then quietly knelt before the child and took out an apple, placing it in the boy's hands.

The mother slowly lifted her head. Her tired eyes met his, and she whispered, "Thank you, Felix… Before you leave, please—help me find something to hold on to. For my son."

Felix glanced at the friend standing beside him and spoke in a low voice, "I don't think people can endure this much longer."

Arkan frowned. "And what can we do? Our food supplies are gone. Our Oran reserves are empty. If we don't find a way to face Darkos…"

He clenched his fist.

"This planet won't even remain something we fear. It'll become nothing more than a forgotten memory."

Felix sighed and looked up at the sky, as if waiting for an answer that never came.

Then—

Something tore through the silence.

A massive ship pierced the atmosphere at terrifying speed, ripping the sky apart and leaving a burning trail behind it.

Felix widened his eyes. "…Did you see that?"

Arkan nodded, his gaze sharp. "I've never seen a ship like that. It's not one of Darkos's. Raise your Rast—this might turn into a fight."

Felix reacted instantly, power surging through his body.

Moments later, the ship crashed into the ground, shaking the entire area. Dust and debris filled the air as the metallic hull split open with a heavy screech.

The two had already reached the site.

Arkan stepped forward cautiously, raising his hand.

Then—

A strange boy stood inside the ship, clutching his head in pain.

Arkan shouted, "Identify yourself! Now!"

The boy looked up.

His eyes were different.

So different that Felix froze. "Arkan… I've never seen eyes like those before."

They didn't belong here.

They felt… otherworldly.

The boy spoke, his voice low and confused. "I don't know what happened. I was in space… drifting without direction. Then everything went blank. When I woke up—this planet was in front of me."

Arkan listened carefully, studying him. "Memory loss isn't unusual after something like that."

Felix blinked, then smiled faintly, as if relieved by Arkan's calm reaction. He stepped forward and extended his hand. "I'm Felix. And you're not alone anymore."

The boy hesitated, then took it. "…Thank you. I don't know why, but your words make me feel at ease."

Arkan glanced at Felix—a silent look of trust—then spoke. "Surviving a fall from the sky isn't normal. But that doesn't make you an enemy."

He added, "We'll help you remember. Until then, you'll stay with us."

The boy sat down, staring at his hands. "I don't remember my name… It's completely empty."

Felix leaned closer to Arkan and whispered, "He doesn't move like a fighter—but his endurance is abnormal."

Arkan nodded. "We'll learn more with time."

The boy suddenly looked up. "If I need a name… until I remember my real one…"

Arkan thought for a moment. "…Yami. How about that? A name for a new beginning."

The boy nodded, a faint light appearing in his eyes. "Yami… I like it. Thank you."

Felix smiled as he and Arkan exchanged a quiet look—one formed by years of shared battles.

And the boy stood between them, unaware that his fall from the sky was not the end of his story—

But its beginning.
