Chapter 43 - Chapter Forty-Two: The Massacre of Souls

The battle intensified and became even more brutal between Aegon Togian and the Blackhawk spirit Astrapeus against Sebastian Clarke and the Blackwolf spirit Praedos. Their magical auras clashed fiercely.

Aegon: Astrapeus! Yellow Lightning Spears!

Aegon unleashed one of his most powerful attacks with devastating force, bleeding profusely from the new side effects.

Sebastian Clarke: I see. You've reached your limit, Aegon. Yellow Thunder Magic, "Zetoroli"!

Combining his own destructive aura with yellow thunder, Aegon was stunned by what he saw. Sebastian Clarke's destructive aura had increased dramatically.

Aegon (in a state of shock): Impossible! This boy is not human at all! Three types of magic never before used by any race! Damn it! I can't stand against him any longer! Sebastian Clarke sped off at breakneck speed, unleashing a barrage of blows upon the writhing Aegon and the spirit of Praedos, the black wolf, who was relentlessly draining the energy of Astrapeus, the black hawk.

Nature was drawing its last breaths on the western border. The clash of mythical spirits had reached its catastrophic end; the ruthless black wolf Praedos showed no mercy, and fueled by the demonic corruption emanating from Sebastian, he sank his dark talons into the body of Astrapeus, the yellow lightning hawk. The hawk's final cry shattered in the sky, scattering into thunderous fragments that vanished, leaving behind a trail of black dust.

Aegon shouts: Astrapeus! No!

Aegon's fury is unleashed, a massive and devastating attack.

Aegon: Final Release, Advanced Yellow Lightning Magic (Aurara), "Nitanon!" The epic battle between them escalates into a bloody spectacle. Aegon wields a sword forged from yellow lightning against Sebastian Clarke, and his devastating sword, Endormedan, strikes fly.

Matsuo Kageno, Akane Miyamoto, and Clara van Orne approach the scene, witnessing the explosive auras of Aegon Toujian and Sebastian Clarke.

Aegon reaches the limits of his power, preparing a devastating strike. He says: This is my final attack! (He gasps and bleeds) Yellow Lightning Magic, (Aurara) Giant Destructive Spear!

Aegon launches the Giant Destructive Spear at Sebastian, who says: You deserve the title of Holy Hero, Aegon, but this isn't enough to kill me. (He closes his eyes briefly, then opens them) Activate the Emperor's Eye! Aegon felt helpless and terrified by what he saw. The ancient, destructive, legendary demon Baphomet appeared before him.

Aegon: Demon... (He didn't finish his sentence.)

Then Sebastian appeared before him, activating the Emperor's Eye. Sebastian Clarke then stabbed him in a magnificent, mythical fashion. Aegon fell to the ground, and Sebastian Clarke sat down with an air of grandeur and said: "And now, let's begin."

Sebastian Clarke performed a terrifying technique that left the three holy heroes in shock.

Sebastian: Pigaron (Triangle of Death).

The technique activated, and the sacred magic key began to emerge from Aegon's body in a terrifying manner. Demonic skulls emerged from the technique as it extracted the key.

Matsuo shouted, "Aegon!"

He then took off at incredible speed with Akane and Clara, but a counterattack forced them to stop.

Sebastian Clarke: "We're leaving now. We've obtained the Sacred Key."

Sebastian and the two mysterious figures departed in a grand fashion, leaving Aegon's body behind.

A deep sadness descended upon the three Sacred Heroes at Aegon's death. They took him with them to the Troy Empire, where Arya Stark was both deeply saddened and fiercely angry.

News of the Sacred Hero Aegon Togian's death spread throughout the kingdoms, empires, and all nine continents.

Hanamia: "For a Sacred Hero to be killed like this, especially one of such high caliber..."

Yahiko: "Things have indeed worsened. We must train even harder and forge every possible alliance to stand against the mysterious organization."

At the Academy, the teacher was discussing the training trip with everyone.

Naofumi: "Ivan, what do you think of what happened? For a Sacred Hero to be killed like this means his opponent was incredibly powerful." Evan: Who is Aegon?

Ryn: He's the fiancé and lover of the leader of the Holy Heroes and princess of the Trojan Empire, Arya Stark, the strongest swordswoman in all nine continents.

Evan: I see. (He thinks to himself: A mysterious organization. It seems a great war is about to break out.)

As Evan walked along, he heard someone say: Wait.

Yes, it was Princess Emilia Rose.

Evan: What do you want, member of the Special Forces?

Emilia Rose: Listen to me carefully. I will never acknowledge you as his heir. Do you understand? You are nothing like him, and you will never reach his level.

Evan: You speak with such confidence, daughter of the Rose family.

Emilia retorts: You are so arrogant, boy.

Evan didn't reply and walked away, while Emilia watched him strangely, observing the figment of her imagination: her lost brother and her mentor, Ging, within Evan. Upon reaching the mysterious island of Valhallen, Sebastian Clarke and his companions approached the golden sarcophagus, its design legendary.

Sebastian Clarke: And now, the beginning of your return has come, O goddess Semiramis.

Meanwhile, in the Celestial Empire, a very beautiful goddess appeared, holding the image of Ivan Mutou, her eyes filled with love and adoration. Yes, it was the beautiful goddess Aphrodite, who said: So beautiful, you will be mine alone, Ivan. I will not allow anyone to take you from me, not even you, Yazusin.
