Chapter 7 - "Akira: The Monster of the Uchiha"

__________________________________________________________________________________________________________

Akiro caught Uchiha Yashiro's wrist with a backhand grip.

In an instant, the terrifying lightning exploded outward, splitting into countless writhing arcs like living serpents.

The current surged along his arm and flooded Yashiro's entire body.

The attack came far too suddenly. Yashiro did not even have time to scream.

His whole body was scorched black, smoke rising as he convulsed, burned crisp inside and out.

He was barely breathing, more air going out than coming in.

"Hmph. Trash that can't even handle one percent of my power dares to bark in front of me?"

Akiro glanced at the charred lump in his hand with open disgust, then flicked his wrist like he was tossing away garbage.

By sheer coincidence, the body flew straight into a nearby trash bin.

Akiro dusted off his hands and calmly turned to the remaining two.

At that moment, Uchiha Tekka and Uchiha Inabi stood frozen in place, as if trapped in a nightmare.

One hit.

Instant kill.

Just like that, he had been erased.

Yashiro was the strongest among the three of them.

How could he possibly be one-shotted by some kid who had not even graduated from the Ninja Academy?

They could not believe what they were seeing.

"This…"

Uchiha Izumi covered her mouth with both hands, her face full of shock.

Akiro… when did he become this strong? He had just instantly killed a jōnin.

"You… who are you really?" Inabi shouted as he finally snapped out of it, backing away together with Tekka. "Why are you pretending to be Uchiha Akiro just to toy with us?!"

A seven-year-old matching a jōnin was impossible. Completely unreal.

Which meant the Akiro in front of them had to be an imposter.

"Speak!" Tekka barked. "You dared to impersonate the clan head's son and sneak in. What are you after? If the clan's elites arrive, you'll regret it!"

Akiro could not be bothered to argue.

His figure vanished from the spot in a blink.

He had no interest in running his mouth, especially not with small-time nobodies. It was a waste of time.

"He… he's gone!"

"No, over there!"

Both of their scarlet Sharingan spun wildly, but they still could not lock onto Akiro's movements.

Then suddenly—

A fist appeared right in front of Inabi's face.

"What?!"

He did not even have time to process the surprise. Instinct took over, and he crossed his arms in front of his chest.

The next instant—

Crack.

The sound of bones snapping echoed sharply.

How could his strength be this overwhelming?

That thought barely formed in Inabi's mind before his arms shattered. His body was sent flying.

With a heavy bang, he slammed into a stone wall and passed out on the spot.

Another companion, instantly killed right before his eyes.

Tekka swallowed hard, his throat dry.

A monster.

This guy was absolutely a monster.

At the very least, his strength was on the level of an elite jōnin.

When Akiro's calm, emotionless gaze settled on him, Tekka shuddered.

He made the only correct choice.

Thud.

His knees smashed into the ground with a dull impact.

He knelt and begged.

"I'm sorry! I was wrong! I shouldn't have come looking for trouble. Please spare me!"

Tekka's face twisted with regret as he frantically pleaded.

The more arrogant he had been earlier, the more pathetic he looked now.

"Please let me go! I swear I'll never do it again!"

He was genuinely terrified. Even Yashiro, a full jōnin, had been killed in an instant.

Someone like him, only a chūnin, stood no chance at all.

At this point, he had completely abandoned any thought of resistance.

As for pride, honor, or the glory of the Uchiha clan, none of that mattered compared to staying alive.

Akiro's expression did not change. He acted as if he had heard nothing, stepping closer one pace at a time.

Tekka's face went pale.

He knew this was someone ruthless, not the type to show mercy just because an enemy begged.

Suddenly, as if struck by inspiration, he spun around and began kowtowing madly toward Izumi.

"Izumi! We're from the same clan, please forgive me!"

"I was egged on by Yashiro, that idiot. I never wanted to mess with you in the first place!"

"Please! Save me, Izumi!"

Tekka was a sobbing mess, tears and snot streaming down his face.

Izumi looked at him with pure disgust, like he was staring at trash.

Still, she was only thirteen, kind-hearted despite everything.

She hesitated, then looked at Akiro and spoke softly.

"Akiro, this is enough."

"This is still clan territory. If people see you attacking clan members, it'll cause a lot of trouble."

"All right." Akiro nodded without hesitation. "For Sister Izumi's sake, I'll spare your worthless life."

"Next time, use your brain. Pull something this stupid again, and even ten lives won't be enough for me to kill you."

He truly did not care about a small fry like this. Someone like Tekka could not stir up any real trouble.

Besides, they were inside the Uchiha compound. Acting too openly would indeed be troublesome.

"Remember," Izumi added coldly, "don't ever go looking for trouble with Itachi again."

"Yes, yes, absolutely!" Tekka nodded frantically.

But as he watched their backs disappear into the distance, his eyes suddenly turned blood-red.

Three tomoe spun violently within his Sharingan, glowing like burning embers.

His face twisted with fury as a vicious aura spilled out around him.

Damn it.

Damn it all.

They were just two bratty kids, yet they forced him to kneel.

Unforgivable. Absolutely unforgivable.

He had to find a chance to take revenge.

As he plotted his retaliation, darkness suddenly swallowed his vision, followed by searing pain that exploded through his body.

"Gah… ahhh! My eyes!"

Akiro calmly withdrew his fingers, his voice cold and flat.

"Watch your eyes, trash."

Though he had already walked some distance away, Akiro had sensed an intense surge of malice.

He immediately turned back and destroyed Tekka's eyes on the spot.

"I was going to let you live," Akiro said indifferently. "But you had to get greedy and direct killing intent at me. You were asking for it."

"No… no, you misunderstood!" Tekka cried, trembling as he endured the agony of blindness.

"I wasn't targeting you! I was just angry at Yashiro's stupidity, and…"

Boom.

Akiro had no patience for his excuses. One kick sent Tekka flying over ten meters.

Without sparing him another glance, dead or alive, Akiro turned and left.

"…Are you really Uchiha Akiro?"

On the road, Izumi looked at the boy beside her, who was still a full head shorter than she was, and asked hesitantly.

"Of course," Akiro replied, turning to her with a bright, sunny smile. "I'm Uchiha Akiro, one hundred percent genuine."

"..."
