I had watched that clip more times than I intended to admit.
I like the way she said what she said, like she meant every word.
Morning sunlight filtered through the floor-to-ceiling windows of our residence, and the internet was still tearing itself apart over yesterday's video.
Clips from "A Day With the Wolfes" had spread across every platform overnight. News channels replayed Mira's words like a headline that refused to die.
Call it strategy. I call it home.
The soft rustle of sheets pulled me out of the thought, and I finished fastening my cufflinks. I glanced over my shoulders. Voila! The trendy queen was awake.
She sat up slowly against the pillows, her hair slightly messy from sleep, her expression thoughtful in a way that told me her mind had been working long before she opened her eyes.
