Indhu's POV
We had originally planned to go on Sunday. But then… something even better happened.
A four-day holiday.
Four golden, beautiful days.
And what did V5 decide?
Well… we decided to go ALL OUT.
Aditya was the first to speak.
"Guys, amusement park today. All day. Let's go wild. This is perfect."
Charlotte clapped. "Yes! I need adrenaline in my life."
Swetha raised an eyebrow. "I need churros in mine."
Rohan smirked. "I need to watch Aditya scream on rides."
And me? I just sipped my juice like a queen.
"Fine," I said. "But if someone throws up near me, I'm teleporting out."
We arrived early, jackets flapping in the breeze, and already the line was massive.
Rohan, of course, tried flirting with the security guard.
"Do I look suspicious, sir?"
The guard stared. "Yes. Keep moving."
Charlotte had already started planning like a professional.
Ride order, snack breaks, water refills — she had it all written in her head.
Swetha was staring at the cotton candy stand like it was her soulmate.
The Roller Coaster
We chose the scariest roller coaster first.
"Face your fears early," Aditya said bravely… while gripping the safety bar like his life depended on it.
The cart zoomed, twisted, flipped.
Rohan yelled like a banshee.
Swetha screamed half in terror, half in laughter.
My hair flew everywhere like I was in a shampoo commercial.
Charlotte had both arms in the air, whooping like a warrior.
When we got off, Aditya muttered, "I… can't feel my legs."
Swetha giggled. "That's okay. You didn't use them anyway."
Food Court Chaos
This was where things got truly ridiculous.
Charlotte spilled ketchup on her jeans.
Rohan tried balancing six plates and dropped a whole tray of fries.
Swetha was busy naming churros.
"This one's Chewy. That one's Crispy."
And then… everyone stared at me.
Because I had ordered:
Pancake
Juice
Burger
Fries
Fruits
And my favorite… brownie
I kept a completely innocent face and said, "Why are you guys looking at me like that? I'm just a growing child who needs to eat more."
When Aditya tried to take my fries, I slapped his hand away and grabbed my food like a true queen.
I gave him a funny glare.
Aditya slapped his head and whispered, "Why are we like this?"
Carnival Chaos Begins
We entered the carnival section and everything spiraled.
Rohan couldn't win the ring toss — but somehow walked out with a giant teddy bear anyway.
Swetha challenged Aditya to a water gun race and won by a hair.
"Victory smells like sugar syrup," she declared.
Charlotte tried the mirror maze and screamed when she scared… herself.
And me?
I became Queen of Popcorn Catching after catching seven popcorns in my mouth midair.
Honestly, it felt like my destiny.
Eventually, I joined Charlotte and Aditya for the games.
And of course…
The Queen of the Digestive System won again.
I won a row of gifts and smiled like I owned the world.
We took a group photo on the drop tower ride — right at the moment Rohan screamed so loud that a kid in the next row dropped his ice cream.
Charlotte got a perfect solo photo… with Swetha photobombing in the background making a ghost face.
Aditya tried to take a candid of me sitting in a funny pose.
I noticed.
So I threw a piece of funnel cake at him.
It hit a stranger.
Apologies were made.
Laughter followed.
As the sun dipped, lights lit up the park in glowing pinks and gold.
Music played, and we all rode the Ferris wheel together — one big cabin, crammed with giggles and snacks.
Near the exit, an announcement caught us off guard.
"Tomorrow is Surprise Day at the park — a scavenger hunt with secret rewards!"
We looked at each other, wide-eyed.
Rohan grinned. "So… we come back tomorrow?"
I stretched and smiled.
"We never left."
