Now Lyson and Rexam is going down the stairs.
"Down, it's Restaurants dining area where people eat." Rexam said.
"Since you're the Kouder and forbidden to own anything in the Kingdom, how do you have a restaurant?"
"Once we are down, I will explain you."
Now they've reached dining room is, it was well sized resturant. Doors and windows were shut.
"It's a good restaurant and have many comfy chairs for eating."
Then Lyson show cash register being scared.
"Why are they are scared?"
"I've taken over this family restaurant since I can't buy it, don't worry they are getting paid handsome. Not only that but they lied to the public on why this restaurant was closed for temporarily, they said they were having family issues..."
Lyson narrowed his eyes.
"This doesn't explain why they are scared."
"Simple because I am Kouder and they view me so cool that they are scared."
"Yeah but aren't you forcing things on people?"
He stopped and explained.
"We aren't good guys, sometimes we have to go against people's wills; but we still have a limit to what we do. We will tell you the real goals of Apricshins when you join us then you can understand."

As Lyson and Rexam sat.
Lyson expressed his thoughts.
"I want to know what is emergence, since the day I've used my powers, it's kind of bothering me."
Rexam smiled.
"Tell me everything you know about emergence so far."
"I know it's from Mega Torch but don't know how, it's give people power; I have an emergence which seems to be black flames."
"Well be prepared for a long lectures."
As Lyson increased his attention.
"There are two types gasses that comes from an unknown source which scientist dubbed the "Mega Torch" and the two types of gasses are called Emerelixium (Emx) and Leroxium (Lx)."
He then looked at Lyson.
"Okay what was I saying?"

"We are talking about Emergence."
Rexam scratched his head.
"Ohh, I forgotten it somehow, thanks for making me remember."
Rexam took a long breath.
"As I was saying; from Emerelixium (Emx) which spreads from the Mega Torch by the air, whoever gets infected by it gets ability. the Ability that comes from (Emx) is called Emergence."
Lyson was hearing attentively.
"In order to be infected you have to have a very weak body, before the age of two when a human is at the weakest. The gas infects them, but it's very rare. The ratio is hundred out of zero point three just in weak bodies alone."
The scared waiter gave both of them coffee as Lyson started drinking.
"After getting ability, this depends on the person and has three stage. In first stage which is called emerging or Inward, some have awaken the ability through any sort of emotions whether it's deep joy or deep sadness. Many people even go without even knowing they have emergence because they haven't awakened it"
Lyson took a sip.
"Second stage is called outward. If they realize they have emergence, they have to work on the set ability to perfect it and make it even better, ability they get from Emergence is random, it depends on the user on how to make the ability better."
Rexam went closer and directly looked at him.
"Lyson, you've completed Inward and now you're going through outward stage and you must perfect it."
"What about the third stage?"
"Well, for the last one, I think it's better; if you experience it, yourself. I don't wanna spoil your battle fun."
Lyson eyes were disappointed.

Lyson then realize something.
"What exactly is the Mega Torch? At least tell me that."
"Even I don't know what's exactly is Mega Torch but I've seen many people on the internet theorize this location is related to Mega Torch, have you heard of Country called J.I.K.S.O.H or Jiko?"
"Yes, I've heard it, the place ruled by no one."
"Exactly! It's a location of intense blackish and bluish gas which covers it, internet theorist have said that blackish gas is Emerelixium (Emx) and bluish gas is Leroxium (Lx)."
"Does the theory have validities?"
"I've actually went to that Island myself, but there was a strong barrier, even I couldn't break the barrier. I also noticed that fogs can leave the barrier, so I came to the conclusion that the origin of all powers is resides in it."
Lyson finished his coffee as Rexam started drinking his coffee.
After his sipped.
"I believe someone stronger than me resides in that country that controls the barrier if someone wasn't then I would've broke it plus not as if the barrier be maintained without anyone."
"Anyways what's Leroxium? You told me very little about it.?"
"For now let's just focus on emergence, but in future we will discuss about Leroxium."
"Another thing, whenever your powers have emerge, your potential becomes limitless as your body breaks the limiter by trying to adapt to emerelixium or leroxium."
Then Rexam took a sip.
"Anyways can you give me any tips regarding the Emergence?"
"The best tip is always to learn techniques and train those techniqus and also physically train."
Rexam took a long sip.

Someone and Lyson are now seeing cars go by as they crossed the road.
Lyson eyes were twitching.
"Nice getup, wearing a cat costume will totally not draw attention."
As people are going by while making fun at the getup.
He silently said.
"I mean we don't have a choice to begin with."
Three kids came after seeing the cat and started playing with the getup.
First Kid.
"Look- look, it's a walking cat."
Second Kid.
"Say Meow, you're so cute."
Third Kid.
"Pat me Mr. Cat."
So Mr. Cat started patting the kids by saying.
"Meow-meow-meow."
Lyson felt awkward.
"Never in a million years, I would've thought that a literal Kouder would be baby sitting and meowing."
But Lyson smiled.
"Tho this makes me feel better."
Now Mr. Cat and Lyson continued walking as it was time of dusk.
Lyson with good mood said.
"You sounded happy saying meow. Do you have any past experiences with it?"
Mr. Cat looked at Lyson.
"I used to play cat near my little brother. Those kids kinda reminded me of him."
"What your little brother doing now?"
Mr. Cat lowered his voice and looked down.
"He's dead."
As Lyson face turn dark.
Mr. Cat continued by looking at him.
"Do you have any siblings?"
"Well, I had a sister but she's no more."
"looks like in terms of having any siblings, we are same."

Normal humans are banned from getting near of that Island, the gas is so intense upon getting near, you would immediately die, the distance of fatality is twenty six kilometers in all square.
They are Knights military ships constantly monitoring people who gets closer to the Island, if someone tries to come, they capture them and want huge amount of fines from them.
The Island is one of the fifteen countries.
The J.I.K.S.O.H doesn't have acronym, Kingdoms just calls it that, Jiko is just a way to make it sound better.
