Ten minutes later, after much coaxing and some barbecue ingredients that weren't so endangered were finally available in the yard.
For example, tuna, king crab, giant octopus, and super-sized squid.
These ingredients all share a common characteristic: they are enormous, even larger than many of the largest creatures ever recorded in the world.
The king crab that Coulson and Hawkeye struggled to finish off weighed over 200 pounds.
The largest king crab on record weighed only about 40 pounds.
This shows that even with today's advanced technology, our exploration of the ocean and the secrets of this world are still far from complete.
However, Goku's ability to find so many extraordinary ingredients stems from his ability to sense ki, not his eyes.
Generally, the larger the creature, the stronger its life force, and the more ki it possesses.
This allows him to consistently discover these exceptional seafoods in the vast ocean.
However, this also presents a challenge: the sheer number and size of the ingredients make them difficult to process.
Fortunately, this is when Goku's cooking magic came into play.
Under everyone's astonished gazes, Goku waved his hands, and the ingredients were quickly dismembered under the power of his magic.
Soon, plates of neatly prepared seafood filled the entire yard.
"This is the most expensive and amazing barbecue I've ever had! I'm going to take a picture and post it on Facebook!"
Looking at the seafood spread across the yard, college student Darcy had already pulled out his phone.
Any seafood that Goku caught from the sea would fetch an astronomical price if it were sold outside.
Many wealthy people would be willing to spend a fortune to bring these world-record-breaking seafoods to their tables.
"Coulson, to be honest, I like this mission."
Hawkeye placed a row of crab legs as thick as his arm on the grill.
He doesn't like fish, except for tuna and king crab.
Coulson took out his phone and snapped a picture of the crab legs on the grill:
"I'm going to send this photo to the chief when I report back after the barbecue. I remember he likes these."
As for the rest of the barbecue, Goku didn't help at first.
Although he possessed cooking magic, he wasn't truly skilled at it.
If he were to grill, he could only guarantee the food would be heated; the taste was uncertain.
Cooking magic, as the most important life magic for wizards, has two main categories.
The first category consists of wizards who are naturally skilled at cooking; with the help of cooking magic, they can create all sorts of delicious food.
The second category consists of wizards with virtually no cooking experience; they can also use cooking magic to prepare a table full of food.
However, the second category has a major drawback compared to the first:
They can't cook food they've never eaten before.
Goku belonged to the second category.
He could use cooking magic to turn king crab into something that tasted like roasted chicken legs, roasted fish, or roasted sausages.
However, he couldn't recreate the taste of roasted king crab, especially this particular kind.
Because he had never eaten king crab before, let alone this particular king crab.
Magic, though wondrous, couldn't conjure something he hadn't seen or eaten before.
The cooking magic that Goku had learned was basically about cooking the food he had prepared and then using Transfiguration to transform it into food he had eaten before.
For example, when he used cooking magic to roast chicken legs, the chicken legs he produced were essentially tasteless and unappetizing.
But with Transfiguration, his roasted chicken legs became the delicious roasted chicken legs he had eaten before, made by someone else.
For example, the roasted chicken legs made by the house-elves at Hogwarts.
So the roasted chicken leg he ate was that delicious roasted chicken leg. Once the roasted chicken leg is digested in his stomach, it will become the same chicken leg he roasted, but that's no longer important.
If his cooking magic is good enough, he can turn the roasted chicken leg into a roasted duck leg, or even a roasted sausage.
This is precisely why Goku can't use cooking magic to roast king crab, because he can only turn it into another kind of food.
But right now, what he wants to eat is the taste of roasted king crab.
The first method is different; cooking magic is just an aid, making cooking easier, like having a faster knife while cooking.
Even if he's never eaten it before, he can rely on his cooking experience and use cooking magic to turn unknown ingredients into something delicious.
Of course, once the first batch of king crab legs is roasted and coated with a simple, delicious barbecue sauce, Goku's role becomes apparent.
Because at this moment, he could use cooking magic to quickly roast the remaining crab legs that hadn't been roasted in time, turning them into something just as delicious.
"Son Goku, a wizard (possibly), can use teleportation magic, anti-gravity magic, and cooking magic."
Eating the king crab legs, magically roasted by Goku, Coulson secretly noted down the new information he had gained about Goku.
He wasn't here just for the food.
With the fragrant grilled seafood and ice-cold beer, the group quickly started chatting.
Under the deliberate guidance of Coulson, the professional agent, Thor began talking about himself, Asgard, and the existence and relationships of the Nine Realms.
Except for Goku, whose energy was focused on eating, everyone else was captivated by the stories Thor was telling.
Jane and Selvig understood the reason for the abnormal celestial changes, sparking countless inspirations in astrophysics.
They couldn't wait to conduct observational experiments to verify them.
And Coulson also gained...
He gathered a wealth of useful information and understood the true nature of the so-called myths. According to his understanding, some of those myths were indeed true.
However, these gods, once seen as gods by Earthlings, were not true gods; they were extraterrestrials with immense power. They simply possessed a longer lifespan, greater strength, and a more advanced civilization than humans.
Therefore, they were worshipped as gods by humans who were still in a state of ignorance.
Just as many modern technological products could be considered divine artifacts in ancient times.
Therefore, the director's guess that Goku might be an extraterrestrial was highly likely true.
However, he also discovered some problems.
That is, while these extraterrestrials were very powerful, they possessed many abilities beyond his imagination.
However, their intelligence doesn't seem much stronger than that of Earth's humans.
Whether it's Goku or the Thor before us, they both seem somewhat dim-witted.
Goku is still young, so it can be understood as him being relatively simple-minded, but this Thor has lived for 1,500 years, yet he doesn't seem to be very bright.
This can be seen from the experiences he recounts.
