"If that day truly comes, even you and LeBlanc working together will be too late."

As Chen's words fell, Swain fell silent. His Demon Eye could sense that Chen was not lying to him.

Swain's expression was a little tense. He leaned forward, looking at Chen in confusion:

"How do you know so much?"

"In a sense, I have the ability to foresee the future."

It was not wrong to say that Chen had the ability to foresee the future, because he knew the story of the League of Legends universe. If he didn't change anything, then it would definitely develop in the original direction of the story.

Swain's gaze towards Chen became even more solemn:

"So you already knew I was going to revolt."

"Yes, if nothing unexpected happens, you will definitely succeed, and Noxus will reach new heights because of the Trifarix Council, until the arrival of Mordekaiser."

Chen had never lied, because the Demon Eye could discern everything, so he could only speak the truth.

Swain suddenly smiled:

"You knew all along that I would win this game against LeBlanc, so you still chose to join me and told me all about LeBlanc, didn't you?"

Chen smiled slightly:

"There's no doubt about that. You don't need to worry that I'll betray you and go back to help LeBlanc."

Clearly, with the help of the Demon Eye, Swain already believed him quite a bit.

LeBlanc's problem was not something that could be solved in a day or two. The Black Rose had been entrenched in Noxus for many years, and could be considered deeply rooted. This matter had to be taken slowly.

What Swain was more concerned about now was Mordekaiser, as Chen had mentioned:

"Urzul is somewhat documented in historical records, but Mordekaiser is not. It must be that the Black Rose erased his information."

Chen nodded in response:

"Indeed, but they weren't wrong to do so. If such an unstable factor were to spread, Noxus would fall into panic, and public order would become troublesome."

Swain checked the time:

"One last question, when will Mordekaiser return?"

Chen quickly replied:

"I don't know. I can't predict the exact time, but it's at least not now. I can't fully predict it."

"Come, go with me to the palace. I'm thinking about what position would be best to arrange for you…"

...

Northwest of Noxus, Dalamor Plains, Drunel City.

This was a small city far from Noxus, a territory Kled had captured for Noxus with his skittish mount back in the day. Just north of here, beyond the mountains, lay the lands of Freljord.

It was remote enough that even the coup in Noxus's capital, the Immortal Bastion, hadn't affected Drunel's daily life.

And in Drunel, there was a fully enclosed academy called the Black Rose Academy.

After Powder was caught by LeBlanc, she was thrown in here, managed uniformly with the other students.

Not long after arriving, Powder found herself out of place with the other students. Most of them possessed some magic and magical abilities, while she was simply confined in this strictly supervised place.

"No alchemical materials, no Hextech Crystals, not even gunpowder!"

Powder wanted to secretly make some explosives and then find a way to escape, but there was nothing in this place.

Her days were incredibly boring, imprisoned in this strange academy. The other children isolated her, and she could only look forward to the day Chen would come to rescue her.

Holding a branch, Powder idly drew pictures on the ground beside the playground: her favorite little monkeys, the past of Zaun, and her story with Chen.

Not far from Powder, there was a dark-skinned girl with long, golden-yellow hair swept back, somewhat resembling the Golden Haired Lion King Xie Xun. Her body, accustomed to long training, was firm and fluid.

The girl watched Powder, who was isolated just like her, from a distance. She clenched her fists and walked over.

Powder suddenly felt footsteps behind her; a girl was approaching.

Powder ignored her and continued drawing on the ground.

The dark-skinned girl also remained silent, quietly watching Powder draw from behind.

When Powder finished drawing, the girl finally spoke:

"That's a good drawing. What story does it tell?"

Powder scratched her head and turned to look at the girl behind her. The corners of Powder's mouth curved slightly upwards, revealing a happy smile. She proudly said:

"This is my story with Chen! We did so many earth-shattering things!"

The girl invited Powder:

"Is that so? My name is Rell. Would you like to tell me your story?"

Powder was bursting with excitement, and now finally someone was willing to play with her. She happily said:

"Okay! My name is Powder. Let me tell you, this story starts in Zaun…"

...

Inside the Immortal Bastion, Chen was actually helping Swain with his work, serving as an advisor to Swain, the current Grand General of Noxus.

But Chen had a purpose; many of the policies he set were very 'red'.

Starting with the purge, all feudal remnants that needed to be purged were purged. Swain naturally had no objections to this.

Among them, 'harmony' and 'friendship' were removed, but everything else could be achieved. However, 'harmony' and 'friendship' were fundamentally impossible in Noxus; neither Swain nor the provisional council would agree.

But the others were all positive and beneficial for the future of Noxus!

No one could see any clues in these few words, so not only did Swain agree, but the entire Trifarix Provisional Council unanimously passed them. At least on the surface, these words could reassure the people of Noxus.

For Chen, he was subtly instilling values into Noxus. Once written into policy, they would not be forgotten by the world. Although nothing would change immediately, one day in the future, these very words might ignite a spark in Noxus.

Of course, Chen couldn't genuinely and diligently work for Swain. He had obtained a not-insignificant official position, although it was a title without real power, it at least allowed him to move around within the Imperial City.

So he began searching for Grand General Du Couteau, whom he had been looking for for a long time without success.

But just a few days later, Swain announced:

"The former Grand General of Noxus, Du Couteau, has recognized the new Noxian regime and will resume his position as Grand General."

Upon hearing this news, Chen tumbled off his seat with a clang:

"Huh?"

He rushed to find Swain:

"No, what's going on?"

Swain looked at Chen with a smile, pointing to a guard behind him:

"He is Du Couteau. I thought you knew everything. This time, I finally managed to trick you."

The guard took off his helmet, which almost covered his entire face, revealing his original appearance: a handsome, white-haired uncle who resembled Geralt.

"Ah!"

Chen exclaimed, what do you call 'far away, yet close at hand'!

This guard who often followed Swain, was Du Couteau?!

"You've put me through so much trouble! You hid too well!"
