Meanwhile, Asagi was sleeping when suddenly her phone binged very loudly, snapping her awake.
"Jacob!" she called out, but there was no answer. She stood up to check on him and found that he wasn't in his room either.
"Where could he go without informing me? Did he go out to see a girl?" Asagi's heart began to beat faster as she thought about what she feared the most. The prospect of Jacob getting a girlfriend terrified her.
"He won't pay attention to me again. Jacob still needs to be showered with love, this is not the time for him to be chasing after girls," Asagi bit her lower lip and picked up her phone to call Jacob, but she froze when she saw the bank alert notification on the screen.
"W-What? Is this a glitch?" she muttered, her eyes unable to believe what they were seeing. Her hands shook in shock and she dropped her phone, still unable to process it. She thought it was probably a mistake by her bank, but seeing such an amount of money in her account moved her to tears.
"I… I wish I could give Jacob a better life. I wish—Uwaaah~" Asagi became even more emotional, briefly contemplating whether to take the money from the glitch and run outside the country with Jacob, but she couldn't bring herself to do it.

After All Might left, I headed home with a wide grin on my face. When I got home and entered the living room, I saw Asagi crying, and when she noticed me, she quickly tried to wipe her tears.
"Welcome home, Jacob!" she said in an enthusiastic voice, pretending as if I hadn't seen her crying just moments ago.
"Where were you coming from, Jacob? Did you go to see a girl? Tell me, why did you leave my side?" Asagi questioned, gently tugging at my clothes as if she was about to cry again.
I was surprised by her behavior, and that only confirmed my doubts. Asagi is obsessed with me, she definitely has a complex. I just kept running into more and more surprises.
"Asagi~" I called her by her first name and gently grabbed her face as she held onto my hands, looking straight into my eyes.
"I didn't go to see a girl like you thought. I actually went to see All Might," I revealed.
"All Might? The superhero?" Asagi asked in surprise.
"Yes. I don't know if you checked your phone, but there should be a bank alert. I won All Might's special giveaway, and I'll even get the opportunity to participate in the UA examination," I explained. I watched as Asagi's eyes widened and tears spilled from them again. Seeing her cry like this, I pulled her into a hug.
She really does cry a lot, and it always hurts me. No matter how hard I try to be strong, it's like my body is programmed this way. I simply can't stand seeing Asagi cry.
"I'm sorry for not giving you the best life. I'm sorry for being useless and letting you do everything yourself. I'm sorry~" Asagi said while sobbing, her face buried in my chest.
"It's fine. I appreciate everything you do. You always do your best to please me and shower me with love. That's all that matters. I want you to be happy," I said, and Asagi hugged me even tighter and cried again.
*Sniff~*
"I'm really happy right now that I don't know what to say, b-but you mentioned taking part in the UA examination. W-Why bother with something like that when you don't have a quirk, Jacob?" Asagi asked, clutching my shirt again. She was acting more like my wife, which only made her cuter.
Her doting nature is the reason my predecessor usually locked himself in his room but I like it, hehe!
"I forgot to tell you this too, but it seems I have a quirk," I said, suddenly lifting Asagi effortlessly off the ground in a princess carry.
"W-What are you doing?" Her face flushed red from my sudden action. She still didn't get my point. I set her down, then wrapped one arm around her waist and lifted her again. Her eyes widened in shock.
"D-Don't tell me you have super strength?!" she asked, and I nodded. She immediately hugged me again. This time she didn't cry, she lifted her head and looked into my eyes. She's very beautiful. Her warm smile melted my heart and shattered all my defenses.
"Jacob, now that you're going to the UA, are you going to get a girlfriend?" Asagi suddenly asked.
Hearing that question again, I sighed. She doesn't just have a complex, she's also a yandere.
"Don't worry, Asagi. You'll always come first, no matter what. To prove my words, I will—" I leaned forward and pressed my lips against hers. She was startled, but she didn't resist. Instead, she kissed me back, our tongues intertwining as my hands rested on her ass, unable to resist feeling them.
Damn… these cheeks are soft.
We broke the kiss with a thin string of saliva between us. Her face burned bright red, and she looked embarrassed, almost as if she regretted it but I didn't make her feel bad.
"That should settle your worries, right? No matter what, you'll always come first," I whispered into her ear, activating my hypnosis quirk. "I feel the same way about you. Someday, we should do this again… and take things further."
Asagi's body tensed, her face flushing an even deeper red.
Hehehe.
I stopped talking the moment I noticed Mitsue entering the living room.
