15 years after Prince Louis was borned. King George II hosted a Ceremonial Gathering in the castle and invited every single high ranking nobles im the Kingdom. King George II will have a speech regarding the future projects of the Cabinet of Regenbogen in the city of Solvaris, Mohencont, and Ironfall. The ceremony will happen after the dusk. Prince Louis is getting ready to welcome the guest of the ceremony, he's excited to see his friend Van Neferatau as they have never seen toegether for so long. As the ceremonial guest were sitted in their own corners depending on their partylist, Van Neferatau went to the ceremomy alone. Prince Louis asked the where abouts of Duke Van Wessenaer but, Nafaretau didn't answer directly to the question asked. To formally start the ceremony, King George went to the front and picked up a golden goblet filled with wine and shouted, "For the Kingdom of Regenreich." He first talked about the projects to help the peasants and the poor of certain cities under his reign. "My people, today I speak not only as your king, but as a servant of the realm. For too long, many of our citizens, especially the peasants and the poor, have lived without proper support. This must change. Under my reign, the well being of every citizen matters, not only those within palace walls. Through the Cabinet of Regenbogen, we will begin new projects in Solvaris, Mohencont, and Ironfall. These projects will focus on food security, fair labor, housing, and access to basic services. Solvaris will see expanded trade opportunities and market protection for small merchants. Mohencont will receive agricultural aid and irrigation support to strengthen rural communities. Ironfall will be given safer working conditions and employment reforms for laborers and craftsmen. This is the future we choose, one of unity, progress, and shared strength." After this speech, he called Prince Louis for his own speech on his first reform once he became King. A kingdom that depends on suffering cannot truly stand. I will stand with the Cabinet of Regenbogen to end slave labor within our borders. Those who have lived in bondage will be given protection, lawful rights, and the chance to work freely for fair compensation. Those who continue this practice will be held accountable by law. This decision is not driven by anger, but by responsibility. We must build a future where loyalty is earned, not forced, and where progress is shared by all. The speech has caused some violent reaction around the nobles of kingdom, it caused 2 party to be borned the who sided with Prince Louis and those who is against him. The Cabanet have already expected this to happen, a civil war might commence once that reform was passed through them. To lose the tension of the crowd, King George II started the Ceremonial Party. Prince Louis was sad and confused at the same time for what he wishes was pure and everyone will benefit from, but Van Neferatau went to Prince Louis and stated that he shouldn't do that reform and scrap it already, Prince Louis was very confused and asked why, Van Neferatau replied that slavery is a very affordable way to make labor as they don't need be payed, he also stated that majority of the nobles owns slaves to work for them.
Meanwhile, King George II was at the corner with a noble family who are very great physicians and consulted about his health and coughing that contains blood in it. As the clock hits 12 in the morning, the ceremony had ended. Van Wessenaer arrived late, he arrived once the ceremony already had ended. Duke Van Wessenaer asked his son Neferatau to tell him what happened during the ceremony. Neferatau did not told his father on what Prince Louis speech was about. Duke Van met with the king to apologize for being late to the ceremony. Duke Van and his son stayed at the castle to pass the night.
