Chisaku sat in a small room at Konoha Hospital. He helped a young ninja leave the room. The ninja had a sprained ankle from training. He finished the treatment and sat in his office chair. He turned on his system. It was the "Healer's Compassion System." He looked at the pale blue screen in front of his eyes.
"I got two points for the basic techniques and five points for Taijutsu. This is better than nothing," Chisaku thought to himself.
He remembered his past life one month ago. This memory started the system. He earns rewards when he heals patients. If a patient is strong, the reward is bigger. If the injury is bad, the reward is also bigger. Good treatment leads to better rewards from the system. These rewards include more Chakra and better skill levels.

Chisaku looked at the girl. This was Mitarashi Anko. He thought of her as an adult in the future. He remembered her as a round aunt in the future stories. "Anko turned into a chubby middle-aged woman," he thought.
He was a professional. He did not laugh.
"Anko, are you afraid of pain?" Chisaku asked.
"I am not afraid of pain at all," Anko said. "I will enter the Academy soon. Ninjas do not fear pain."
Chisaku nodded his head. "Good. Anko is brave. You will be a strong ninja. I can heal your tooth without pulling it. I will not cause you any pain."
Chisaku looked at the mother. "Please sit down, Takako. I am Hoshino Chisaku. The treatment will be fast."
Mitarashi Takako was a Chunin from Konohagakure. Her body showed that she loved sweets. Anko got this habit from her.
"Doctor Chisaku, you know advanced medical skills at a young age. That is very impressive," Takako said. Her voice was kind. She was different from the wild Anko he knew from the future.
There are many ways to fix a cavity. She chose the advanced way. It is fast and does not hurt. It requires the Mystical Palm Technique. She looked at the young doctor. She had doubts, but she did not say them.
"You are too kind," Chisaku said with a smile.
He had a reason for his skill. Medical ninjas can learn advanced skills if they pass tests. They do not need to do long missions like other ninjas.
Chisaku told the hospital he learned the Delicate Illness Extraction Technique and the Mystical Palm Technique. This made his system rewards look like hard work. People thought he was a genius. He became famous at the hospital.
Chisaku looked at Anko. A blue box appeared.

Chisaku put on a mask. He used a dental mirror. He looked at the decay. Then he grabbed a bowl of salt water.
"Anko, do not be afraid. Open your mouth," Chisaku said.
He made Chakra needles on his fingers. He poked the inside of her mouth. This made her mouth numb. He used the Delicate Illness Extraction Technique.
He made hand signs. He gathered Chakra in his hands. He controlled the salt water. It became a ball of water. Then it became a thin stream.
The water went into Anko's mouth. The Chakra went deep into the tooth. It pulled out the rot and the bacteria. This move is for poison, but it works for teeth too.
Chisaku put the dirty water into the basin. He made more hand signs. He used the Mystical Palm Technique.
A green light covered his hands. He used Yang Chakra to fix the inside of the tooth. He could not fix the hard shell with this move. He used a resin material to fill the hole. He moved his Chakra with care.
The fix was done.
"All done!" Chisaku said. He smiled and stepped back.
Anko licked her tooth. The pain was gone. She spoke with a clear voice. "You are amazing! I want to be like you when I grow up!"
"You can do it," Chisaku said.
He spoke to Takako. "The tooth is a baby tooth. It will fall out later. Come back if she feels any pain."
Takako was happy with his skill. She thanked him many times. Using high-level skills for a cavity is a lot of work. But Anko is a famous character. Chisaku felt it was worth the Chakra.
He watched them leave. Then he checked the system.
