Dragon Ball World, West City.

"Achoo!"

Akira rubbed his nose, a wry smile playing on his lips as he guessed someone—most likely Zamasu—was currently cursing his name. The release of this video had stripped the rogue god of his anonymity, preventing him from operating in the shadows as he had in the original timeline. Yet, Akira felt no guilt.

Zamasu, with his twisted "Zero Mortals Plan," was the natural enemy of all humanity. Akira, being human himself, took a certain satisfaction in exposing a being who, despite being a mere Supreme Kai, looked down upon all mortal life as filth.

Even the Gods of Destruction or the Grand Priest didn't harbor such petty, genocidal arrogance. Zamasu was a low-level deity with a high-level god complex, and he deserved every bit of the chaos this exposure brought him.

Originally, Akira had considered omitting this segment. Super Saiyan Rosé wasn't a transformation belonging to Son Goku or his allies, but the tactical necessity of unmasking Zamasu's evil outweighed any narrative concerns. He wanted that self-righteous Kai to know that the one who derailed his grand design was the very thing he despised most: a human.

Duanmu Yan: "Looking at the state of things, do you really think this is over?"

Tien Shinhan: "Not a chance. Just look at the progress bar on the video; there's still a massive chunk left to watch."

Li Haotian: "But didn't the narrator say that a God's intervention changes the future? If Beerus erased the Zamasu of the past, how is there still more to the story? Did Beerus actually fail?"

Daigo: "It seems that way. If the video is still going, it means Goku Black hasn't disappeared from the future timeline."

Champa: "@Beerus, look at you! You actually botched a simple erasure? How embarrassing for a God of Destruction."

Beerus: "Keep mocking me, Champa. You think you'd have fared any better? This clearly isn't as simple as a standard Hakai."

Quitela: "Failure aside, Beerus, Zamasu is the Supreme Kai of Universe 10. Intervening in the affairs of another universe is a serious breach of protocol. You're completely ignoring Rumsshi's authority."

Rumsshi: "@Quitela, stop trying to stir the pot. I think Beerus did exactly what needed to be done!"

Rumsshi saw right through Quitela's attempt to sow discord. Far from being angry, he felt a profound sense of gratitude. If Beerus hadn't intervened, Zamasu would have murdered Gowasu. Since the lives of a Supreme Kai and a God of Destruction are linked, Rumsshi would have perished along with him.

Beerus hadn't just stopped a criminal; he had saved Rumsshi's life. His only true fury was directed at Zamasu. Even now, Rumsshi was speeding toward the Kaioshin Realm of Universe 10 to ensure that, in his own timeline, Zamasu would breathe his last.

High above Universe 7, drifting through the vacuum of space, Beerus turned to his attendant. "I failed? Whis, do you have any idea why my intervention didn't take hold?" Although he had snapped back at Champa, Beerus was genuinely puzzled.

Ordinarily, when a God destroys a being, the ripples should transcend time. If he had erased the Androids during the Cell Saga, the future would have shifted instantly. Yet the progress bar remained long, indicating that Goku Black was still a threat.

"It is likely due to the Time Ring Goku Black wears," Whis explained calmly. "Under the protection of that divine relic, he becomes a temporal anomaly. No matter what happens to his past self, the ring anchors his current existence, keeping him immune to changes in the timeline."

Beerus nodded, acknowledging the logic. "Despicable. Even if Gowasu was saved in the past, the future Gowasu is still dead. That means Zamasu successfully killed the Rumsshi of that era.

It's a pity my future self never discovered Earth; if he had seen the planet's food destroyed by Goku Black, he would have ended this personally." But Beerus didn't yet realize there was a much darker reason why his future self hadn't intervened—a reason that would soon make him want to tear Zamasu apart.

In the video, Son Goku and Vegeta returned to the Future Timeline, expecting peace. Instead, they found the same scorched earth and crumbling ruins. Beerus's Hakai had failed to ripple forward.

Goku Black appeared shortly after, his presence as stifling as ever. When Goku demanded to know why he still existed, Black simply tapped the Time Ring on his finger, mocking the heroes with his temporal immunity.

The battle reignited. Having undergone intense Gravity Training in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber, Vegeta's strength had reached new heights. He surged forward, his blue aura burning with refined power, and initially sent Goku Black reeling. But as the fight wore on, the horrifying nature of Black's stolen body revealed itself. With every wound Vegeta inflicted, Black's Ki didn't fade—it surged.

The narrator's voice cut through the clash of energy. "Zamasu is utilizing the Saiyan passive ability, Zenkai, to its absolute limit. Every time a Saiyan recovers from a near-fatal injury, their power level increases exponentially.

We saw this on Planet Namek; without this genetic trait, Goku's power would never have jumped to the three million mark required for his Super Saiyan transformation to overcome Frieza's 150 million. Now, Zamasu is using that same biological 'cheat code' to surpass the Prince of Saiyans."

Under the weight of this endless growth, Goku Black regained the upper hand, suppressing both heroes. Just as he prepared a finishing blow, a pillar of divine light descended from the heavens. As the radiance faded, a second figure stepped onto the battlefield.

It was Zamasu—the Zamasu of the future timeline. His appearance confirmed their fears that Goku Black had used the Super Dragon Balls to facilitate this nightmare. But his next words chilled them to the bone. He didn't refer to Black as an ally or a servant.

"Goku Black is me," Zamasu declared, his voice dripping with condescension. "He is another version of my own soul."

Two gods, one soul, and the stolen power of the strongest mortal in the multiverse now stood united against the last defenders of humanity.
