(Kaito's POV)
"How long were you standing there like a fucking creep?" I asked, "Naoya, what's wrong with you?"
She scowled even more, "Don't you worry about me, you imbecile." She said, "And do as I say."
I rubbed my neck, "What you're asking of me is...." I said, "That's a line that once crossed, we can't go back to the way things were."
"And you want things to go back to the way they were?" She asked, raising an eyebrow, "With both of your sisters hating you? Hm?"
"No, that's not what I meant." I said, "The thing is-"
"She confessed to you." She said, "She let out her feelings, Kaito. The least you could do is give her some comfort. And I am giving you permission, my love. You can kiss her, you can do whatever you want to her."
I sighed, "I don't.....I....." I said, "Naoya, you're putting this pressure on me."
"We can just eat and worry about that later." Mai said, a nervous chuckle escaping her, "It is fine."
"No, no, no." Naoya shook her head, "I don't want to eat until this imbecile kisses you."
I looked at Mai, who was blushing slightly, clearly flustered by this.
I know she wants this, but I don't know what sort of consequences this would bring. I did mean it when I said I would be willing to do anything for my sisters. I do care for her, I care for her more than I can possibly comprehend.
Would doing this satisfy her? Would this truly make her happy?
I suppose there was only one way to find out.
"Uhm....." I said, "Just one, right?"
Mai's face got redder, "W-Well, yes...." she said, "I can do one."
"Do it." Naoya nudged my elbow, "Now."
"Relax." I told her, giving her a frown, "Let me mentally prepare for this."
"Just do it, don't think about it." Naoya said, "Worry about what consequences it brings later, Kaito. Just do it, make your baby sister happy. She has wanted this all along, lover. Do it, kiss her beautiful lips."
"Just shut up." I said, "Shut up for three seconds."
"Tch, fine." She crossed her arms
I reached for Mai's hand, gently pulling her in, "Okay...." I said, "I'll just do this once."
"O-Oh...." Mai said softly
I wrapped my arm around her waist and leaned down, kissing her on the lips. The moment our lips made contact, Mai's body shuddered and jumped up, immediately melting as she kissed me back. I felt her arms wrap around my neck, her body pressing against mine as we kissed.
"Oh my~" I head Naoya say
I had my eyes closed, letting the feeling overtake me. Her lips were very soft, and the way her body responded was quite adorable. She kissed me back so awkwardly, but it was quite nice.
I pulled away slightly, watching how Mai's eyes opened and were full of bliss. She looked as if she was in a daze, her pretty face was completely flustered, her cheeks were growing redder and redder.
"Kaito...." She said
I patted her cheek, "There." I said, "My sweet Mai, I hope you are satisfied."
She leaned to my hand, nodding slowly, "Thank you."
"Good." I said,
"Let's eat."

"Ah, that was quite tasty." Naoya said as was cracking open a can of cola, "Thanks, Mai~"
"N-No problem." Mai said as she sat cross-legged on the floor, "I knew the two of you would be hungry."
We had just finished the food she brought us, sitting on the small table in the middle of the room. Naoya said that she felt more comfortable sitting and eating on the floor and I didn't want to complain about that, even if I liked to use chairs.
For whatever reason, Mai was wearing a robe as well. Naoya said that she wanted all of our vibes to match. I could only sense nothing but mischief from this woman.
Naoya looked at me, "You full, big boy?" She asked, "Hm?"
"I can say that I am." I nodded
"Good." She said, "Maybe we should confirm the conception of our child later, eh? We give Mai a niece or nephew."
Mai blushed, "Naoya....."
"How could you speak so casually about that?" I asked
"She watched us fuck, so it's fine." Naoya smirked, "Besides, the two of you just kissed not too long ago. That line you keep talking about, it's already been crossed."
"Not really." I said, "It was just a kiss."
"Fufu~" Naoya chuckled, "Sure, buddy."
I opened another can of cola and began to drink it, ignoring Naoya's smirks and glances. I then saw as she leaned towards Mai, whispering some mischief into her ear. Mai's expression changed to a surprised one and her cheeks got redder.
I closed my eyes and shook my head, "Hm..."
"Go on." I heard Naoya say
I opened my eyes and saw that Mai had scooted over to my side, placing her hand on my lap.
"Kaito...." She said softly
"Mai." I said, "What is it?"
"I'm sorry." She said, "But....but I...."
She leaned towards me, kissing me on the lips, and taking me by surprise. I didn't know how to respond, so I instinctively kissed her back. My eyes closed, feeling her tongue wrap around mine as her hand ran up to my chest, rubbing it gently.
"Ohh~" Naoya's voice was clear and closer, "Good~ Run that hand down to his lap, rub his thigh, he loves it."
Mai's hand ran down to my thigh, rubbing it gently. This caused a slight shudder to course through my body in response.
I pulled away, looking at Mai, "Mai, what are you....?" I said, "We agreed on just one."
She had a blissful look on her face, Naoya was crawling towards us, sitting behind her as she had a smirk on her face.
"Ignore that." Naoya said softly to Mai's ear, "Go on and pull this down, seduce him~"
Naoya gently pulled the top of Mai's robe down, exposing her chest covered by her bra.
I looked away, "W-What are you doing?" I said, clearly flustered, "Cover her up...."
"Call him what I told you to call him." I heard Naoya say
"O-Onii-chan....." Mai's voice was soft
I looked at her slowly, seeing that her cheeks were red, her eyes were very soft and some tears were forming. I could see her cleavage; her breasts were smaller than Naoya's, clearly, but they were not bad at all.
Why the fuck was I inspecting my sister's breasts?
"Mai...." I said, "What....what are you....?"
"Please, give me a chance, Onii-chan..." She said softly, "I promise that you won't regret it."
