Keifer's POV:
Jay was sitting beside the window, looking outside quietly. The sunlight keeps touching her face, and her hair moves slightly with the bus air.
I leaned closer to her ear and whispered something spicy.
Keifer : If you keep looking this pretty, I'll forget we're in a bus full of people.
Her eyes widened. She started blushing. Section E noticed. Ci-N gasped dramatically. Felix whistled.
Denzel : Look at her, she's looking like tomato.
Rory : I'm sure, he whispered something spicy.
Edrix : Bro control yourself!
Jay hid her face with her hand. I just smirked.
After some time, the teasing stopped. The ride was long. One by one, everyone started falling asleep. The bus became quiet.
But Jay was still awake.And so was I.
Suddenly, my phone vibrated. Caller ID - Honey.
Jay saw it. Her expression changed instantly. She didn't said anything, but I could see it. Jealousy.
I answered the call calmly.
Honey : You have to go to London as some work came up in Watson Enterprises. You can't refuse, the elders will get angry if you doesn't go. And soon, You will receive your inheritance. So, this is not the right time to upset them.
Keifer : Okay, I'll call you later.
My playful mood disappeared.
When the call ended, Jay turned to me quickly.
Jay : Why did she call you? Are you cheating on me, Mr. Watson? If it's true, I swear I'll push you out of this bus!
She said angrily and in one breath, not even giving me the time to speak.
For one second, I almost laughed at how cute she looked when she's jealous.
I gently hold her face with both my hands.
Keifer : Baby, calm down. Honey is the niece of my lawyer, Mr. Rider. He is helping me to get my inheritance and keiren's custody. And besides that, honey is my secretary. That's it.
She still looks suspicious. I lean closer, my forehead touching hers. I said softly.
Keifer : I'm all yours, baby. Trust me.
Her eyes softened a little. She asked quietly.
Jay : Then why did she called?
I took a deep breath.
Keifer : I have to go to London. There's work related to my inheritance.
Her face fell, the jealousy disappeared. Now she just looked sad.
Without thinking too much, I leaned in and kissed her softly. Not rushed. Not deep. Just slow and gentle.
She froze for a second…then melted instantly. Her fingers held my shirt lightly. The kiss was soft, warm, full of comfort. When I pulled back, I rested my forehead against hers. She was flustered and was blushing like hell.
Keifer : It's okay, jay. I'll try to come back as soon as possible. If you look this sad, how will I leave? Please…don't make it harder for me.
She gave me a small smile. Her mood became lighter.
Silence stayed between us for a few seconds, then I grinned slightly.
Keifer : If you're not going to sleep…let's play Truth and Dare.
She raised her eyebrow.
Jay : Now?
Keifer : Yes. If one of us doesn't answer the truth or doesn't complete the dare… the other can give punishment.
She thinked for a moment, then she smiled.
Jay : Okay! Let's play.
I smirked. The bus ride now became interesting.
