Kuoh Academy operates as an elite school with a perfectly normal human facade, but internally it is divided into wings/factions that reflect the integrated worlds. The factions are aware of each other's existence and adhere to the Kuoh Pact a formal agreement mediated and enforced by Serafall Leviathan . The pact was specifically established to prevent open war between the factions , avoiding a conflict expose the supernatural world to humans. It prohibits open conflicts within the school and the immediate city limits, with severe punishments (including direct intervention by the Satans or political sanctions and of its factions ) for violations. Ordinary humans have no knowledge of the supernatural world.

#### 1. Demonic Wing (High-Class Demonic – DxD)
Represents the 72 Pillars of the Underworld and their political branches.

Details on Fasel Phoenix:
Fasel Phoenix was assigned by the Phoenix family and the Gremory family to watch over Rias Gremory and ensure she takes no actions that jeopardize the marriage agreement between the two houses. He has formal authority to reprimand or intervene. However, Rias passively ignores his orders, responding with open defiance and provocations, generating constant friction. Fasel is the school's most arrogant and irresponsible playboy — a womanizer, egocentric, lazy in anything that does not involve parties or personal conquests, and convinced that his status places him above any rule. He views the mission as an annoying chore and treats Rias as a "stubborn child" who needs to learn her place.
2. Magical Wing (Fate / Nasuverse)
Mages from the Clock Tower and distant descendants of heroic lineages (secondary branches). Examples include students like Rin Tohsaka and others with diluted heroic traits. They primarily act as neutral mediators, researchers, and specialists in Western magecraft.
3. Vampiric Wing (Rosario + Vampire)
Faction dedicated exclusively to vampiric lineages. Includes pure vampires (Shinso), Dark Lords, S-class monsters, and hybrids. Many use seals, rings, or containment devices to keep their power under control and avoid exposure. The wing is known for its discretion and observational posture, rarely intervening directly in disputes from other factions.
4. Heroes' Wing (Shinmai Maou no Testament)
Primary focus on the Hero Clan and descendants of heroic lineages with master-servant contracts. Includes demons from ancient clans who use the contract system for power amplification. The wing maintains a pragmatic, cautious, and strategic posture, prioritizing temporary alliances and avoiding unnecessary confrontations.
