Chapter 89 - Chapter 89: The Heavenly Yaksha's Doubts

Watching his subordinates seethe with anger, Doflamingo waved his hand, dismissing them.

He then took out a Den Den Mushi to make a call.

The Den Den Mushi was quickly connected.

"Kizaru has no interest in this!"

The moment Doflamingo opened his mouth, the Den Den Mushi in his hand spoke.

Judging by the voice, it was clearly the World Government official who had previously led the negotiations with Germa.

"You took my money!" Doflamingo's tone was hostile.

"I have already ordered the Navy to take action. As for Kizaru, he is not someone I can command. Doflamingo, I hope you understand that this was merely your request."

The faintly threatening words from the other end made Doflamingo's expression darken further.

A mere slave of a Celestial Dragon dared to speak to him in such a tone!

But the thought only flashed through his mind for an instant.

"However, you don't need to worry. Kizaru has already set out. Although I didn't mobilize him before, it seems he received orders."

Doflamingo was stunned, staring at the Den Den Mushi in his hand.

Kizaru received orders?

It was either from the World Government or the Navy's Fleet Admiral.

If it were the World Government, the highest-ranking World Government official in the North Blue on the other end of the Den Den Mushi couldn't possibly be unaware.

So, the order came from the Navy.

Another thing that puzzled Doflamingo was why Cyrus's bounty hadn't been announced.

Even if it was his armories that were attacked, the fact remained that nearly twenty islands had been destroyed.

This was an act that most pirates wouldn't dare to commit.

"Is there something I don't know?"

Doflamingo hung up the call, frowning in thought, but he didn't order the ship to turn back.

Since they had already set out, he might as well go back to the North Blue and see.

If Kizaru could really capture the man, he would still need to handle matters in the North Blue.

Although he was now starting to shift his focus to cooperating with Kaido, he couldn't see any returns from it yet.

He had no intention of abandoning the huge profits brought by the armories in the North Blue.

...

North Blue.

"Seis Fleur!"

Arms sprouted from the bodies of several armed men.

With the sound of breaking bones, all of them collapsed to the ground.

"This one is done too!" Robin said, turning around.

"But it's not over yet!"

Just as before, the duo of Cyrus and Robin continued their work.

Of course, the anger Cyrus had felt when Doflamingo threatened him had now vanished.

This was now purely a training exercise.

For him, the men guarding these armories were no longer worth his personal attention.

Robin, on the other hand, could use this to practice the application of her Devil Fruit Ability.

As for the other reason, well, one should always see things through to the end.

"Is there anyone else?"

Hearing Cyrus's words, she activated her newly awakened Observation Haki, but she didn't sense anyone else standing nearby.

"Yes, they're approaching!"

Cyrus turned his head to look towards the distant seashore.

His Observation Haki, with its vast range, enveloped the ship on the sea far away.

Cyrus could see the situation on the ship with perfect clarity.

There was a familiar figure on board, Violet, whom he had just seen recently.

There was another one, a middle-aged man dressed in baby clothes.

Such an outfit on a tall, grown man would look comical and ridiculous.

But this man didn't seem to mind at all.

He wore the ridiculous clothes as if they were a formal suit.

The true man, Señor Pink.

Of course, a true man was a true man, but a pirate was also a true pirate.

Cyrus narrowed his eyes.

"Finally showing yourselves. I was starting to think these guys would just watch as I destroyed them one by one."

Cyrus spoke softly and beckoned to Robin.

"Go and prepare to blow this place up."

Robin nodded at his words, turned, and walked into the armory's interior. Cyrus, carrying his sword, walked towards the shore.

By the time he reached the seaside, a large ship was rapidly approaching the shore from the distant sea.

Aboard it, Pink spotted the figure walking from the island's interior to the shore from afar.

"It's him!" Violet naturally saw him too and spoke up.

"A very strong guy!"

Pink crossed his arms, his expression grave.

Based on the intelligence they had gathered so far, this enemy was at least a Master Swordsman and a Flame-type Devil Fruit user, and his development of the fruit was very high.

If he was truly a Logia Type, then this opponent would be extremely difficult to deal with.

"Are you sure? It might still be possible to turn back now. The opponent could be a Logia Type. Right now, all three of the Navy's Logia users are Admirals," Violet reminded him.

"Even a Logia Type isn't invincible," Pink said upon hearing her words, then raised his hand.

The fast-sailing ship began to slow down at his gesture, then stopped on the sea quite a distance from the shore.

"You all wait here. If I am defeated, return immediately."

After speaking, without waiting for any reaction from Violet, Pink leaped up and used Moon Walk to head towards the distant island.

Violet watched him leave, then turned to look at the people on the ship.

Whether they could all escape was not up to them.

After all, when they had encountered Cyrus before, he could move quickly through the sky using flames.

This distance was even shorter than before; how could they possibly escape?

However, Violet was not optimistic about Pink's chances and couldn't understand why he insisted on coming.

He hadn't even notified Lao G.

After all, Pink was just an ordinary executive of the family, while Diamante, who had died at Cyrus's hands, was one of the four top executives.

It was as if he was deliberately seeking death.

Violet could figure this out, and naturally, so could Pink.

But right now, he was an executive of the Donquixote Family.

In his view, the plan Lao G had previously carried out was not the action of a real man.

But Doflamingo had agreed, so he couldn't dissuade him.

Now that that method had proven ineffective, Pink had come.

No matter what, he had to try, if only to live up to his position.

On the shore, Cyrus watched the figure leap from the ship and tread on air, a hint of curiosity in his eyes.

It wasn't surprising that he knew the Six Styles.

Although it was called the Navy's Six Styles, it wasn't exclusive to the Navy.

Members of the CP organizations knew a move or two, and some had even mastered them all.

Moreover, it had spread throughout the seas.

Unfortunately, it was useless to him, though Robin could learn it.

He would get the training methods for the Six Styles when he had time later.

"Swim!"

The sturdy figure descended from the sky. Without any hesitation, his body sank directly into the ground the moment he landed.

The Swim-Swim Fruit!

Although it was called the Swim-Swim Fruit, it wasn't a Logia Type, but a Paramecia.

It could make surrounding objects take on the properties of a liquid, allowing the user to swim within them.

Swish!

The sword in Cyrus's hand was already unsheathed, and a slash flew out.

A slash mark suddenly appeared on the beach, cutting across the sand and extending towards the sea.

Pink, who had still had his head and arms exposed, sank completely into the ground, and the sand that had been like liquid returned to its original state.

In the wake of that slash, Pink's figure had completely vanished.
